چكيده فارسي :
آب‌وهوا يكي از مهم‌ترين عوامل جغرافيايي تاثيرگذار بر امور دفاعي و نظامي است كه همواره بايد توسط طراحان حوزه دفاعي و نظامي در انتخاب دكترين‌ها، تاكتيك‌ها و حتي در انتخاب نوع نيروهاي نظامي، تجهيزات نظامي، البسه، آماد، تعمير و نگهداري، ساخت تاسيسات مدنظر قرار گيرد. يكي از دغدغه‌هاي فرماندهان راهبردي براي برنامه‌ريزي دراز مدت، آگاهي و شناخت از ويژگي‌هاي اقليمي مناطق مختلف مي‌باشد. براي ارزيابي و پهنه‌بندي شرايط اقليم دفاعي در نيمه غربي كشور، 45 ايستگاه سينوپتيك موجود در منطقه كه داراي دوره آماري بالاي 20 سال بودند، انتخاب شده و داده‌هاي اقليمي مربوط به پارامترهاي دما، رطوبت نسبي، سرعت و جهت باد، ابرناكي، ميدان ديد، بارش باران و برف در دوره روزانه و ماهانه از سازمان هواشناسي دريافت گرديد. سپس آستانه‌هاي عناصر اقليمي تاثيرگذار در عمليات نظامي تعيين و احتمالات وقوع پارامترهاي تاثيرگذار بر عمليات نظامي محاسبه شد و در نهايت با استفاده از روشAHP وزن دهي و رتبه‌بندي پارامترها صورت گرفته و شاخص اقليم دفاعي به‌دست آمد. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش نشان داد كه نيمه غربي كشور از بعد اقليم دفاعي به سه بخش شمالي، مياني و جنوبي تقسيم مي‌گردد. بخش شمالي شامل منطقه آذربايجان (آذربايجان شرقي، آذربايجان غربي، زنجان و اردبيل)، كردستان و همدان، بخش مياني شامل لرستان، كرمانشاه و شمال ايلام و بخش جنوبي شامل خوزستان و جنوب ايلام مي‌باشد. در مناطق مرتفع و نسبتاً مرتفع بخش‌هاي شمالي و مياني در بين ماه‌هاي ارديبهشت تا آبان شرايط مناسب اقليم دفاعي(خوب تا عالي) و در بين ماه‌هاي آذر تا فروردين شرايط نامناسب اقليم دفاعي حاكم است. در مناطق كم ارتفاع بخش‌هاي مياني و شمالي در ماه‌هاي تير، مرداد، دي و بهمن شرايط نامناسب و در بقيه ماه‌هاي سال شرايط مناسب اقليم دفاعي وجود دارد. در بخش‌هاي جنوبي منطقه (خوزستان و جنوب ايلام) در بين ماه‌هاي ارديبهشت تا مهر شرايط نامناسب، در ماه‌هاي آذر، دي و بهمن شرايط قابل‌قبول و در ماه‌هاي آبان، اسفند و فروردين شرايط مناسب از بُعد اقليم دفاعي حاكم است.

Climate is one of the most important factors that influence the geographical and military defense, which must be considered by the designers in the field of defense and military doctrine, tactics, and even the type of troops, military equipment, clothing, logistics and maintenance. One of the chief concerns of long-term strategic planning is knowledge of the military climatic calendar in the different parts of the country .To evaluate and Zoning the defense climate conditions in the western half of the country, 45synoptic station in the period of over 20years were selected and climatic data Include temperature, relative humidity, speed and direction of wind, cloud, visibility, rain and snow were received from the meteorological organization. Then, the thresholds of climatic elements in the military operation were determined and the probability of the parameters that influence the operation was calculated. Finally to obtain a defensive climate index, using AHP model for weighting and ranking parameters. The results of this study showed that the Western half of the countries is divided into three sections include North, Middle and South. The northern part of the region, including Azerbaijan(East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Zanjan and, Ardabil), Kurdistan and Hamadan, the middle section contains Lorestan, Kermanshah and north of Ilam and south, including Khuzestan and southern parts of Ilam .In the northern and central parts of the region (in Highlands and relatively Highlands)in the months of May to October suitable(good to excellent) climate conditions and in the months of December to April unsuitable climate conditions are dominant. In low height areas of central and northern parts of the region there are unsuitable climate conditions in the months of July, August, January and February and suitable climate conditions in the other months of year. In the southern parts of the region (Khuzestan and Ilam south) between the months of May to October unsuitable conditions, in the months of December, January and February, acceptable conditions and in November, March and April, suitable conditions are dominant.
