ارايه يك مدل موجودي در سيستم توليد-توليد مجدد همراه با تعيين قيمت تملك و قيمت فروش با در نظر گرفتن سطح كيفيت

Presents an Inventory Model in Production-Remanufacturing System with Determination of Acquisition and Sale Prices and Considering the Quality Level

مديريت موجودي در سيستم هاي توليد-توليد مجدد در سال هاي اخير مورد توجه فزاينده ي محققين سيستم هاي توليدي قرار گرفته است. در اغلب تحقيقات موجود در ادبيات موضوع، محيط توليدي از دو بخش اساسي تشكيل شده است. بخش اول مربوط به فرايندهاي توليد، توليد مجدد و ساير گزينه هاي مدنظر در لجستيك معكوس مي باشد و بخش دوم شامل فرايندهاي جمع آوري و رتبه-بندي مي باشد. در اغلب تحقيقات انجام شده، يا به فرايندهاي مطرح در بخش نخست پرداخته شده يا تنها بررسي مسايل مطرح در بخش دوم كانون توجه بوده است. يكي از مهم‌ترينموضوعات بخش نخستين، تعيين قيمت فروشدر سيستم موجودي و يكي از مباحث مهم در بخش دوم، تعيين قيمت تملك محصولات برگشتي است كه در اين مقاله به‌صورت توام مدنظر قرار گرفته است. در ابتداي اين مقاله به ارايه‌ي يك مدل موجودي با در نظر گرفتن برگشت محصولات به محيط توليدي پرداخته شده است. سپس براي حل مدل از دو الگوريتم ژنتيك (GA) و تبريد شبيه سازي شده(SA) بهره گرفته شده است. نتايج حل مدل موجودي مطروح شده، علاوه بر تعيين مقادير توليد و توليد مجدد، منتج به تعيين قيمت هاي تملك و فروش نيز خواهد شد. شايان ذكر است كه در اين مقاله سطح كيفيت محصولات برگشتي نيز مورد توجه در فرايند مدل سازي بوده است.

Inventory management in production-remanufacturing system has been receiving a great deal of attention in recent years. In literature review, production environment is composed of two sections. The first section is included: production process, remanufacturing process and other options considered in reverse logistics. The second section is included: collection and sorting processes. Determination of sale price in inventory system is one of the most important issues in the first section and determines the acquisition price is one of the topics discussed in the second section. In this paper, we consider the two issues together. At the beginning of this article, an inventory model with product return is presented. To solve the model, genetic algorithm (GA) and simulated annealing (SA) are used. The results of the model solving are production and remanufacturing quantity and acquisition and sale prices. It is noteworthy that we have considered the quality level in modeling process.
