اثربخشي آموزش مبتني بر قصه زندگي بر افزايش سازگاري زناشويي زوجين ايثارگر

Increasing the marital adjustment via training-based on life script in martyrs’couples

مقدمه: با توجه به شرايط خاص خانواده‌هاي شاهد و ايثارگر از جهت جايگاه و اهميت خاص ايشان در ارتقاي فرهنگ و شهادت و همچنين به لحاظ وضعيت اين خانواده‌ها از نظر ميزان آسيب پذيري؛ لازم و ضروري است كه تحقيقات كاربردي در اين زمينه صورت گرفته، راهكارهاي كاربردي و علمي ارايه و به كار گرفته شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعيين اثربخشي آموزش مبتني بر قصه زندگي بر افزايش سازگاري زناشويي زوجين شاهد و ايثارگر بود. روش: جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كليه زوجين شاهد، جانباز و ايثارگر مراجعه كننده در سال 91 به مركز مشاوره و واحد مددكاري بنياد شهيد شهرستان بجنورد بودند،كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري در دسترس 20 زوج انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفي در دو گروه گواه (10n=)و آزمايش(10n=) بصورت تصادفي جايگزين شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش؛ مقياس سازگاري زناشويي(DAS) بود. روش پژوهش، نيمه آزمايشي با پيش آزمون و پس آزمون بود كه به تناسب از روش پژوهشي تحليل كوواريانس استفاده شد. نتايج: نتايج نشان داد كه آموزش مبتني بر قصه زندگي بر افزايش سازگاري زناشويي زوجين در سطح (001/0P?) تاثير معناداري داشت. بحث: به نظرمي رسدآموزش مبتني بر قصه زندگي بر افزايش سازگاري زناشويي زوجين سودمندباشد. لذا پيشنهاد مي شوددر كار درماني و مشاوره باايثارگران اين نوع درمان مدنظر قرار گيرد.

Introduction: Due to thespecial conditions of the martyrs and veterans families, it is essential that some practical researches should be conducted and some practical and scientific solutions should be represented on this issue. The aim of present research is to increasemartyr couple marital adjustment via training which is based on life script. Method:The study population included all spouses of martyrs and veteranswho referred toone of the counseling clinics in theMartyrFoundation of cityBOJNURDin which through access sampling, 20 couples are selected which are situated accidental in two groups including control group (n=10) and experimental group (n=10). Tool of the study is Spainer(1976) Marital Adjustment Scale (DAS) having internal homology. The research design in this research was semi-experimental, including pretest and posttest, and the way of analysis was covariance. Results: The results showed that life script training was effectiveness in increasing couple marital adjustment as well as marital adjustment components. Discussion: It seemsthat life script -based training was effective to increasemaritaladjustment; therefore, it is suggested that this training method should be used in workshops of therapyandcounseling in families ofmartyrs and veterans.
