مديريت تحول سياسي در حوزه علميه فرايندي است كه تحول در اين حوزه را بر پايه آينده‌نگاري وآينده‌پژوهي هدايت مي‌كند. اين مقوله از سنخ مديريت استراتژيك و مبتني بر تفكر و برنامه‌ريزي استراتژيك است كه با اقتباس از ايده «مديريت تحول در حوزه علميه» كه حضرت آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي در آذرماه 1386 مطرح فرمود، مورد عنايت قرار گرفته و سازوكار تحقق مديريت تحول سياسي در حوزه علميه را مطمح نظر قرار داده است و با تكيه بر اصول و معيارهاي برنامه‌ريزي استراتژيك به تبيين آن همت گماشته از‌اين‌رو، مقاله حاضر تصويري از نقشه جامع اين مسير را ترسيم كرده است. همچنين درادامه به نقدِ بررسي الگوهاي مديريتي قابل انطباق با مديريت تحول سياسي در حوزه علميه اهتمام شده و الگوي مطلوب در اين خصوص بيان شده است.
