Evaluating the Current Status of Shahid Beheshti University based on the International Standard IWA 2:2007

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسي وضعيت موجود دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي بر اساس استاندارد بين‌المللي IWA2: 2007 صورت گرفته است. استاندارد مذكور به منظور ياري رساندن به سازمان‌هاي آموزشي كه قصد به كارگيري سيستم مديريت كيفيت ايزو 9001: 2000 را دارند، ارايه شده است. پژوهش حاضر به روش كمّي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل اعضاي دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي (مديران، اعضاي هيات علمي و كاركنان دانشكده‌ها) بود كه از بين اعضاي دانشگاه 265 نفر به صورت تصادفي و طبقه‌اي نسبتي انتخاب گرديد. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته حاصل از الزامات و مصاديق اجرا شد. طبق يافته‌هاي پژوهش، وضعيت موجود دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي در تمامي بند‌هاي استاندارد IWA2: 2007 در سطح نسبتاً مطلوب ارزيابي شد. بهبود وضعيت موجود و استقرار استاندارد بين‌المللي IWA2: 2007 در دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي مستلزم آمادگي در زمينه‌هاي مختلف نظير آموزش و بهسازي نيروي انساني، تعهد مديران و كاركنان و اطلاع‌رساني مناسب است.

The present study has been conducted to evaluate the current status of Shahid Beheshti University based on the international standard IWA 2:2007. The standard is presented to assist educational organizations intending to employ quality management system ISO 9001:2000. The study has been done through a quantitative method. Research statistical population consisted of members of Shahid Beheshti University (managers, faculty and staff of colleges) and among the members of the University, 265 people were randomly selected with a stratified sampling method. Researcher-made questionnaire of requirements and examples was provided. Based on the Research findings, the current status of Shahid Beheshti University in all clauses of the standard IWA 2: 2007 was evaluated in the level of relatively desirable. Therefore, improving the current status and establishing the international standard IWA 2:2007 requires the preparation in various fields at Shahid Beheshti University such as training and developing human resources, commitment of managers and employees and appropriate informing.
