Method of Discovering Islamic Model of Cultural Engineering

مهندسي فرهنگ و مهندسي فرهنگي، طراحي و اجراي هوشمندانه و موثر نقشه راه تحول فرهنگي است. هرگونه توزيع وظايف ميان گروه‎هاي مرجع و دستگاه‎هاي مربوط، توزين عناصر فرهنگي، تعيين اولويت‎ها و اقدامات آموزشي، تربيتي، اجرايي و يا تنظيم قوانين مفيد، نياز به مهندسي دارد. درست‎ترين راه و مفيدترين روش دستيابي به اين نقشه، استفاده از تجارب مفيد و موفق گذشته در اين باب است. اين مقاله الگوي مهندسي فرهنگ و مهندسي فرهنگي برگرفته از قرآن و سنت را پيشنهاد مي‎كند. به‌منظور كشف مدل اسلامي مذكور، نگارنده با توجه به سهم كتاب و سنت در منابع اسلامي، به نزول تدريجي قرآن و ترتيب نزول سوره‎ها توجه مي‎دهد و با رعايت اولويت اين منبع، سنت را در راستاي تكميل، تتميم و تفصيل مجملات مهندسي قرآن تلقي مي‌كند. در نهايت، براي اجرايي‎شدن اين مدل در ساير جوامع و جمعيت‎هاي پس از عصر نزول قرآن، قاعده «جَرْي‌ و تطبيق» را كه از قواعد تصريح شده ايمه اطهار (ع) است، پيشنهاد مي‎كند. بدين ترتيب مقاله پيش‌رو، ابتدا كيفيت و مراحل دستيابي به روش مهندسي فرهنگي در منابع اسلامي را تبيين مي‎كند. سپس بنابر الزامات قاعده «جَرْي و تطبيق»، انطباق مهندسي فرهنگي قرآن بر جامعه ايراني را با همكاري رشته‎هاي گوناگون دانش‎هاي انساني و اجتماعي در دو مرحله پيشنهاد مي‎كند. الف) تعميم و انطباق دستاوردهاي منابع اسلامي بر مردم ايران؛ ب) ارايه روش‎هاي خاص اجراي اين دستاوردها بر گروه‎هاي مختلف فرهنگي جامعه ايران.

Engineering of culture and cultural engineering are the intelligent and effective method of de-signing and implementation of roadmap of cultural change. Any allocation of duties among ref-erence groups and related organizations, valuation of cultural elements, determination of educa-tional and executive priorities or legislation of useful laws require engineering. The most appro-priate and useful way to achieve this map is to utilize the useful and existing successful experi-ences related to this issue. The present article is an attempt to study cultural engineering model based on the Quran and tradition. In order to find out the said Islamic model, priority has been given to the Quran and then the traditions. Attention has been paid to the gradual revelation of the Quran and order of the revelation of its Chapters. Traditions have been used to complement the brief explanations of the Quran. In order to implement this model in societies and communities in the post-revelation era, the rule of ‘adaptation and compatibility’, which has been emphasized by the infallible Imams, is proposed. Thus in the present article in the first place the quality and stages of finding a cultural engineering method in Islamic courses has been explained. In the next step, on the basis of requirements of the rule of adaptation and compatibility, it is proposed to adapt the Quranic cultural engineering to the Iranian society in two stages with the cooperation of different human and social sciences: First, application and adaptation of the Islamic teachings to the Iranian socie-ty; and second, offering specific methods for the implementation of these teachings with regard to different cultural strata of the Iranian society.
