تاثير كتاب درماني بر نشانگان هاي دروني سازي و بروني سازي شده دانش آموزان ناشنواي مقطع ابتدايي مدرسه استثنايي وصال بيرجند

The Impact of Bibliotherapy in Decreasing Internalizing Syndromes and Externalizing Syndromes of Deaf children of Vesal Exceptional Elementary School of Birjand

هدف از اجراي اين پژوهش سنجش تاثير كتاب درماني بركاهش نشانگان هاي درون سازي و برون سازي شده كودكان ناشنواي مقطع ابتدايي مدرسه استثنايي وصال بيرجند در نيمسال تحصيلي دوم سال 1388-1389 مي باشد. روش پژوهش شبه آزمايشي و از نوع كاربردي است. جامعه پژوهش شامل دانش آموزان ناشنواي گروه سني "ب" اين مدرسه بود. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش سياهه رفتاري كودك و گزارش معلم بود كه بر پايه آزمون روان شناسي آشنباخ تنظيم شد. در آغاز، اين سياهه ها درباره هريك از آزمودني ها توسط والدين و معلم آنها تكميل شد، سپس فرايند كتاب درماني با استفاده از كتاب هاي برگزيده براي گروه سني "ب" همراه با لوح هاي فشرده زبان اشاره اين كتاب ها، در هفت جلسه اجرا شد و پس از آن پس آزمون نيز توسط والدين و معلمان كامل شد. نتيجه پيش آزمون ها و پس آزمون ها توسط پژوهشگران با استفاده از آزمون تي وابسته در نرم افزار اس.پي.اس.اس و رسم نيمرخ هاي مربوط به هر آزمودني در پيش آزمون و پس آزمون با نرم افزار اكسل مقايسه شد. نتيجه به دست آمده نشان داد كتاب درماني با استفاده از كتاب هاي برگزيده مناسب براي كودكان بر كاهش نشانگان هاي دروني سازي و بروني سازي شده و همچنين بر كاهش مشكل هاي اجتماعي و توجه و تفكر اثرگذار بود. نشانگان هاي دروني سازي شده شامل مشكل هاي اضطراب/ افسردگي، گوشه گيري/ افسردگي و شكايت هاي جسماني ونشانگان هاي بروني سازي شده كه شامل رفتارهاي قانون شكني و پرخاشگرانه مي باشند. كتاب درماني به كاهش مشكل هاي رفتاري و اجتماعي اين دانش آموزان نيز انجاميد.

The aim of this article is to investigate the influence of bibliotherapy on hearing-impaired studentsʹ internalized and externalized syndromes decrease in Birjand Vesaal Exceptional Elementry School in 1388-1389 (2009-2010). The approach adopted was semi-experimental and of applied type. The research population included the schoolʹs B-age-group hearing-impaired students. The data collection tool in this research was the Child Behavior Checklist and Teacherʹs Report Form, which Data were organized based on the Achenbachʹs psychiatric test. In this research, first, the inventories were completed for each entry by their parents and teacher. Then, the bibliotherapy procedure was conducted using the opted books for B age group as well as the CDs containing the sign language of these books. Also post-test was carried out by parents and teachers. The results from the pre-tests and post-tests entries were compared by the researcher using the dependant T-test in SPSS software platform and plotting the psychographs with regard to each entry in pre-test and post-test with Excel. As expected, the obtained results from this research demonstrated that bibliotherapy with use of appropriate books for children decreases the internalized syndromes including: anxiety/depression problems, withdrawal/ depression, physical complaints and externalized syndromes including: offensive and Aggressive behaviors and social problems and attention and thought effected too. Bibliotherapy will decrease behavioral and social problems among these students
