Intellectual Capital Performance and Capital Structure

پژوهش حاضر به بررسي تاثير نوع ساختار مالكيت شركت ها در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بر عملكرد سرمايه فكري آنها مي پردازد. عملكرد سرمايه فكري شركت‌ها به كارايي سرمايه‌گذاري انجام‌شده در منابع مشهود و نامشهود بستگي دارد و مزيت رقابتي شركت را در بلندمدت تحت تاثير قرار مي‌دهد. اين پژوهش آزمون مي‌كند كه آيا نوع ساختار مالكيت (دولتي و غيردولتي شامل شركتي و انفرادي) مي‌تواند تغييرات عملكرد سرمايه فكري را توضيح دهد. اين پژوهش با بهره‌گيري از يك مدل تجربي به نام پوليك به اندازه‌گيري عملكرد سرمايه فكري 141 شركت حاضر در نمونه مي‌پردازد كه براساس قواعد غربالگري انتخاب شده بودند. داده‌ها شامل تمامي شركت‌هاي بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در سال‌هاي 1381 تا 1391 است. نتايج حاصل از آزمون تاثير نوع ساختار مالكيت بر عملكرد سرمايه فكري شركتها با استفاده از نرم افزار ايي ويوز نسخه 7 و مدل‌هاي پنل ديتا نشان‌دهنده وجود رابطه معنيدار بين آنهاست كه اين رابطه معني‌دار بين مالكيت دولتي و عملكرد سرمايه فكري يك رابطه معكوس (منفي) است.

This study has examined the impact of capital structure on intellectual capital (IC) performance in case of companies listed on Tehran stock exchange (TSE). IC performance is related to the efficiency of invested capital on tangible and intangible assets and resources and affect competitive advantage in long term period. This study tests whether the type of ownership (public and private, including corporate and individual) can explain the changes in intellectual capital performance. This study uses an experimental model called Pulic to measure intellectual capital of 141 companies among the samples, which were selected based on screening rules. The data includes all companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange during 2002- 2013. The results of performed test on the impact of capital structure on corporate intellectual capital performance using EViews software version 7 and panel data models, indicate that there is a significant relationship between them where the relationship between state ownership and intellectual capital performance is an inverse (negative) one.
