سنجش توسعه‌يافتگي دهستان‌هاي شهرستان داراب با استفاده از روش تاكسونومي عددي براي سال هاي1375 و1385

Development evaluation of the rural districts of Darab county by using numerical taxonomy method for the years of 1375 and 1385

هدف از اين پژوهش سنجش توسعه‌يافتگي دهستان‌هاي شهرستان داراب براي مقاطع زماني???? و???? مي‌باشد. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش تركيبي از روش‌هاي توصيفي- تحليلي است. به منظور تعين سطح توسعه‌يافتگي دهستان‌هاي شهرستان داراب،?? شاخص در زمينه‌هاي مختلف آموزشي، بهداشتي و درماني، سياسي و اداري، زيربنايي، ارتباطات و مخابرات براي مقاطع زماني ???? و???? انتخاب گرديد. براي رفع اختلاف مقياس اين شاخص‌ها از روش استاندارد كردن و براي سنجش سطح توسعه روستاها و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از روش تاكسونومي عددي استفاده شد. نتايج يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد اگر چه شكاف و نابرابري بين دهستان‌هاي شهرستان داراب از نظر دسترسي به امكانات مختلف در طول دوره زماني???? تا سال???? كاهش يافته است. اما هنوز تفاوت‌ها و نابرابري‌هاي زيادي در بين دهستان‌هاي اين شهرستان وجود دارد، كه نشان دهنده اين است كه دهستان‌هاي شهرستان داراب هنوز براي دست‌يابي به توسعه متوازن، يكپارچه و پايدار راه طولاني در پيش رو دارند؛ لذا اين تفاوت‌ها لزوم تهيه و اجراي برنامه‌ها و طرح‌هاي هدفمند را براي توسعه يكپارچه و متوازن دهستان‌ها ايجاب مي‌كند.

Recognition and understanding of difference between rural regions with different level of facilities and services for recognition of development level and privation rural region, distance each region from determined objectives, decrease of regional inequality, condition schedules proportionate with condition and facilities of rural regions, is necessary. The method in this study is a combination of descriptive and analytic ones. The purpose in this research is Development evaluation of the rural districts of Darab county in 1375 and 1385. For determination, development level, of the rural districts of Darab county, 32 indices studied, this indices included educational, sanitary and therapeutic, politics-office, infrastructure and telecommunication. For removal of scale difference in this index and for evaluation of rural districts development level and data analyses , we used standardize and numerical taxonomy method respectively. Result was shown that although inequality decreased between rural districts of Darab county in 1375 to 1385, but there were many difference and inequality between rural districts. Demonstrative this is that rural region of county for arriving to balance and sustainable development need to more time. These differences need to develop and implement programs and projects targeted for integrated and balanced development of this rural county.
