پزشك خانواده، تحقق عدالت در سلامت با رويكردي به آراي امام خميني (س)

Family Medicine, Realization of Equity in Healthcare Based on Imam Khomeini’s Approach

در اين مقاله حق بر سلامتي به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين حقوق انساني كه عاملي براي توسعه يافتگي كشورها نيز به شمار مي رود، مطرح شده است. حق برسلامتي همانند ساير حقوق انساني قابل مطالبه است و دولت‌ها موظف به محترم شمردن و حمايت از آن هستند. سازمان بهداشت جهاني با توصيه به ارايه مراقبت‌هاي اوليه سلامت با محوريت پزشك خانواده در كشورهاي عضو، موضوع برابري در دسترسي به خدمات سلامت بدون هيچ نوع تبعيضي را مورد توجه قرار داده است. عدالت در سلامت و مفهوم توسعه بر مبناي آراي امام خميني در زمينه اهميت عدالت اجتماعي در اسلام و حمايت از محرومين و نيازمندان در جامعه اسلامي بررسي شده است. سيرتحول پزشك خانواده به عنوان مجري عدالت در سلامت در كشورهاي توسعه يافته و درحال توسعه نيز آمده است.

This paper reviews healthcare as one of the most important human rights that is also an indicator of sustainable development. The right of enjoying quality healthcare is claimable like other human rights and the governments are obligated to respect and support it. World Health Organization (WHO), while recommending rendering of primary healthcare services with the centrality of family medicine in the member states, has stressed on equity in access to healthcare services without any discrimination. Equity in healthcare and the concept of development based on Imam Khomeini’s views on the importance of social equity in Islam and supporting the deprived walks of life and the needy in Islamic communities have been covered in this paper. The ups and downs of family medicine as the executive plan for realizing equity in healthcare in the developed and developing nations have been also reviewed.
