توسعه شهرها، به تحولاتي در امر برنامه ريزي شهري منجر شده است. مي توان چنين گفت كه يكي از مهم ترين اهداف پيش رو در مطالعات و برنامه ريزي شهري، ايجاد تعادل در توزيع خدمات و پراكنش فضايي اماكن موجود در فضاي شهري است. پرداختن به مقوله تعادل و توزيع عـادلانه و منطقي فضـاهاي شهري در كلان شهرها نمود بيشتري پيدا مي كند. اين امر براي برنامه ريزان شهري داراي بيشترين درجه اهميت است. شهر مقدس قم كه طبق سرشماري سال 1390 بـرابر با يك ميليون و 67 هزار و 652 نفر جمعيت داشته است، تبـديل به كلان شهري مهم گشته است. با توجه به اينكه توزيع بهينه كاربري‌ها و خدمات شهري از جمله اصول اوليه و مهم در برنامه‌ريزي شهري است، پراكنش مطلـوب و بهيـنه فضـاهاي ورزشي در سطح اين كلان شهر مي تواند در الگـوي مطلوب و كارآيي عملكردي شهر تاثير به سزايي داشته باشد. روش انجام تحقيق با توجه به ماهيت كار توصيفي- تحليلي است و با توجه به همين روش به مطـالعه راهكارهاي ايجاد فضـاي ورزشي در كلان شهر قم در مراكز منطقه اي و نـاحي‌هاي پـرداخته مي شود. با تهيه لايه‌هاي مورد نياز جهت انجام اين پژوهش و با استفاده از تلفيق روش فازي و روش مجموع ساده وزين نقشه‌هاي پژوهش در محيط GIS و با استفاده از تكنيك هاي تحليل فضايي تهيه گرديده است. بر حسب نتايجي كه از پرسشنـامه‌هاي تكميلي توسـط خبرگان شهري به دست آمده است؛ مشخص گرديده است كه بيشترين وزن به دسترسي به شبكه معابر اصلي و استقرار در مراكز جمعيتي بالا و كم ترين اوزان به فاصله از مراكز نظامي و مراكز آموزشي اختصاص داشته است. نتـايج حاصل از كـاربرد شـاخص مـوران در خصـوص پراكنش فضايي- مكاني مراكز ورزشي شهر قمحاكي از آن است كه ضريب مورانمثبت و برابر با 0.177405 مي باشد و بيان گر تصادفي بودن پراكنش فضايي– مكاني مراكز ورزشي در سطح شهر قم مي باشد.

Urban development has led to transformation in the urban planning field. Can be said that one of the most important goals in the face of urban studies and planning, is a creating balance in the distribution of services and facilities in the spatial distribution of urban spaces. This is most important for urban planners. The holy city of Qom that in 1390 census has been population equally 1 million, 67 thousand and 652 people has become a major metropolitan. Considering that optimal distribution of land uses and utilities, including basic principles of urban planning, desirable and optimum distribution of sport spaces in this metropolitan areas can important influence in optimal and efficient pattern of city functional performance. Due to the nature of the research method used was a descriptive - analytical and with consider to this study methods to solution for create the sport spaces in Qom metropolitan in the regional and district centers will be reviewed. With preparation of necessary layers to do this research and with using a combination of fuzzy method and simple additive weighting method, the research maps have been prepared in GIS area with using spatial analysis techniques. Based on the results came to the questionnaires filled by city experts; has been determined that the maximum weight have been devoted to the accessibility to the main thoroughfares network and the lowest weights in high population centers and distance from the military training centers. The results of the application of Moranʹs index about spatial distribution of sport centers in Qom metropolitan shows that Moran coefficient is positive and equal to 0.177405, and represents the spatial distribution of sport centers in the city of Qom is randomness.
