Basics, Results and Distinctions of Principled Methodology of Imam Khomeiniʹs Political Thought

امام خمینی(ره) به ­عنوان اندیشمندی انقلابی و مؤسس نظامی‌بدیع بر مبنای اصول و بنیان­ های محوری تفكر اسلامی‌و شیعی، صاحب اندیشه و نظرگاه سیاسی خاص و متمایزی نسبت به اسلاف فقیه و اندیشمند خویش بوده اند. تمایزی­ كه موجبات تفكر، طرح و برنامه عملی جدیدی در حوزه اندیشه و سیاست  شیعی را فراهم نمود. یكی از حوزه­ ها و مصادر تعین بخش این تمایز، حوزه روش­ شناختی است. در این میان، روش­ شناسی اجتهادی به­ عنوان مسیر و اسلوب فهم و اكتشاف احكام، نقش و اهمیت بسزایی دارد. این در حالیست كه، دانش اصول الفقه و علم اصول به­ عنوان ابزار و روش سامان مند اجتهاد و استنباط، متدولوژی فقه سیاسی است و تببین مبانی و مؤلفه­ های آن در نظرگاه فقهی و سیاسی امام، ضروری و تعیین كننده بنیان­ ها و پایه­ های تفكر سیاسی ایشان است. از این­رو در این مقاله با روشی تحلیلی  بر مبنای نظریات اجتهادی و اصولی امام در كتب و منابع دست اول به تبیین مبانی و تمایزات روش­ شناسی اصولی ایشان می پردازیم. در این مسیر ابتدا نظرگاه و تعریف خاص امام از علم اصول و اهمیت ایشان به منابع عرفی و عقلی این علم و مبانی كلامی‌روش اصولی ایشان پرداخته و سپس به چند مورد از قواعد اصولی به­ عنوان نتایج و تأثیر این روش شناسی اصولی نظر می­ افكنیم. آنچنانكه این قواعد اصولی با نظریه­ پردازی بدیع و جدید امام دراین حوزه، پیامدهای تأثیرگذاری بر ساحت سیاست و نظریه حكومتی ایشان بر جای نهاده اند.

As a revolutionary thinker and the founder of an innovative system based on axial principles and fundamentals of Islamic and Shiʹite thinking, Imam Khomeini have had special and distinctive intellectual and political perspective relative to his predecessor scholars and thinkers. This distinction has provided the motives of new thinking and applied program and plan in the domain of Shiʹite thoughts and politics. One of these domains and determinant sources of this distinction is the methodological domain. In this regard, the methodology of Ijtihad has great role and importance as the direction and style of understanding and exploring the laws. Meanwhile, the science of jurisprudence and methodology as the systematic method and tools of Ijtihad and deduction are the methodology of political jurisprudence. Therefore, it is essential to explain its basics and components in Imam Khomeiniʹs legal and political point of view that determines basis and foundations of his political thought. In this way, first Imam Khomeiniʹs specific perspective and definition of methodology is addressed along with the importance he has given to customary and intellectual resources of this science and verbal foundations of his principled approach. Then, a few cases of basic rules are addressed as the results and effect of this principled methodology; since these principled methodologies have had effective consequences on the area of politics and governmental theory of Imam Khomeini, through his innovative and new theorizing in this domain.
