Managing legal knowledge in Police

عضجججج ييججججت علمججججيزمينه و هدف: گردآوري سرمايه‌هاي فكري و دانشي در راستاي نيل به اهداف سازماني و استفاده تجاري از آنها، از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار شده است. اين تحقيق تلاش مي‌كند به يك سوال اساسي پاسخ دهد: دانش حقوقي ساختار حقوقي ناجا داراي چه ابعادي بوده و چگونه مديريت مي‌شود؟ روش: در اين تحقيق به روش تحليلي- توصيفي ابتدا به تبيين اهداف و سازوكارهاي اجرايي ساختار حقوقي ناجا پرداخته و در ادامه، چگونگي مديريت دانشِ اين ساختار تبيين شده است. يافته‌ها: ساختار حقوقي ناجا از سه عنصر اساسي تشكيل شده است. معاونت حقوقي و امور مجلس ناجا مهم‌ترين عنصر اين ساختار است كه وظايف سياستگذاري و اجراي كليه امور حقوقي ناجا را برعهده دارد. دومين عنصر ساختار حقوقي ناجا، اداره حقوقي و امور نمايندگان استان‌ها است كه انجام امور حقوقي استان‌ها را برعهده دارند. اداره حقوقي رده‌هاي حوزه مركزي، سومين عنصر تشكيل دهنده اين ساختار است. نتيجه‌گيري: براي مديريت دانش حقوقي ابتدا پايگاه سايبري خاص پيش‌بيني مي‌شود. در گام بعد، مركز تحقيقات كاربردي، آخرين يافته‌هاي مطالعات حقوقي-پليسي را شناسايي كرده و در وب‌سايت مذكور نمايه مي‌نمايد. رده‌هاي اجرايي ساختار حقوقي ناجا نيز تجارب حقوقي كاركنان را گردآوري كرده و براي طي فرايند تسهيم، به اين مركز ارسال مي‌كنند تا در صورت احراز شرايط لازم، در وب‌سايت مذكور نمايه شود. از گذر نمايه‌گذاري مطالعات حقوقي-پليسي و مستندات دانشي-تجربي كاركنان در وب‌سايت مذكور، مي‌توان دانش حقوقي كاركنان ساختار حقوقي ناجا را ارتقا داده و دانش حقوقي را در راستاي اهداف سازماني مديريت كرد.

Context and objective: The accumulation of intellectual resources has become very important due to the crucial role that they play in achieving organizational and economic aims . This research is to provide us with an answer to a primary question: what aspects are there in the legal knowledge of the legal structure of police? And how is it managed? Methodology: Using an analytic- descriptive method, this research, first, amplifies the purposes and the organizational system of the legal structure of police, and, then, the way of knowledge- management of this structure is explained . Findings: The legal structure of police is composed of three. Parts legal and parliament deputyship of police is the most important part that is in charge of policy-making and executing all legal policies of police. The second is the legal organization and the part in charge of the representative of provinces. And the third is the legal organization of the central partʹs levels . Results: In order to manage legal knowledge there should be a web. Then, the center of practical researches must gather the latest legal findings pertaining to police to be presented on that web. On the other hand, executive levels of police should gather the staffʹs legal experiences and send them to that center to be, first, classified and, then, if they involve the prerequisites, to be presented on the web. By means of presenting the legal findings pertaining to police and the staffʹs experience- and- knowledge-based documents on this web, not only we can improve the legal knowledge of the staff of police, but also we can manage the legal knowledge pertaining to our organizational aims.
