شرايط زمينه‌اي لازم براي بروز خلاقيت در كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي: مطالعه موردي كتابخانه هاي عمومي استان فارس

هدف: آشنايي با ميزان برخورداري كتابداران كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي استان فارس از شرايط زمينه‌اي لازم براي بروز خلاقيت در آنان بر اساس مدل اولدهام است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع كاربردي است. جامعه ‌آماري اين پژوهش كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي استان فارس است. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه است. براي تجزيه و تحليل يافته هاي پژوهش از آزمون آماري تي تك متغييره، تحليل كوواريانس و تحليل واريانس براي سنجش ميزان همبستگي بين شرايط زمينه‌اي بروز خلاقيت و مولفه‌هاي آن استفاده شده است. يافته ها: در كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي استان فارس شرايط لازم براي بروز خلاقيت كتابداران در سطحي بيشتر از حد متوسط است. تفاوت‌هاي فردي كتابداران به لحاظ شغلي و وضعيت روحي و رواني متاثر از بسترهاي كاري در سطحي بيشتر از حد متوسط است. وضعيت روحي و رواني مثبت كتابداران متاثر از بسترهاي غير كاري در سطحي پايين تر از حد متوسط است. تفاوت‌هاي فردي كتابداران به لحاظ شخصيتي در سطحي بيشتر از حد متوسط است. تفاوت‌هاي فردي كتابداران به لحاظ شغلي در سطحي بيشتر از حد متوسط است. ميزان تمايل كتابداران به عرضه و اشتراك ديدگاه‌هاي خلاق خود در سطحي بيشتر از حد متوسط است. اصالت/ ارزش: بررسي شرايط بروز خلاقيت در ميان كتابداران و مديران كتابخانه ها مي‌تواند زمينه ساز بروز ايده هاي نو و كارآمد از جانب كتابداران در جهت افزايش بهره وري از كتابخانه ها و رضايت مندي كاربران اين كتابخانه ها باشد.

Purpose: Giving an introduction to the extent of Fars province public libraries librarians’ access to the required context to prosper their creativities based on Oldham model was the aim of this study. Methodology: The present study was a practical type. The statistical population of the research included the librarians in Fars province public libraries. Questionnaire was used as the data gathering tool. The T-test, Covariance and Variance analyses were used, as data analysis method, to evaluate the correlation between the contextual conditions for prospering creativity and its components. Findings: There was a more than intermediate level of required conditions for prospering the librarians’ creativity in the Fars province public libraries. The individual differences among the librarians in terms of professional, psychic and mental conditions were affected by the professional context at a level more than the Fars Province’s average. The librarians’ positive mental and psychic was affected by the non-professional context at a level lower than the Province’s average. The individual differences in personalities among the librarians were at a level higher than the Province average. The individual professional differences among the librarians were at a level higher than the Province’s average. The librarians’ tendency to present and share their creative viewpoints was at a level higher than the Province’s average. Originality/Value: Investigating the conditions for prospering creativities among the public libraries’ librarians and managers may provide a context for the librarians’ new and useful ideas with the opportunity to increase the productivity of libraries and users’ satisfaction
