The nature of the Events in North Africa at 2011 as a New Social Movement

خيزش ها و تحولات جهان عرب كه با اعتراضات تونس آغاز شد، موجي از درخواست ها و مطالبات سياسي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي به‌همراه داشت كه اقشار مختلف مردم را در بر گرفت و سپس به ساير كشورهاي منطقه خاورميانه و شمال آفريقا ازجمله مصر سرايت كرد. اين تحولات در حال تغيير دادن برخي از نظام هاي سياسي منطقه، نظم منطقه اي موجود و همچنين تاثيرگذاري بر منافع و رويكرد قدرت ها در خاورميانه است. خيزش ها و قيام ها در جهان عرب يك دوره تاريخي براي منطقه و براي ساير نقاط دنيا بود. سوال اصلي مقاله حاضر به ماهيت تحولات اخير خاورميانه و شمال آفريقا مي‌پردازد؟ اگرچه پژوهشگران و محققان بسياري به‌دنبال تحليل اين تحولات در قالب نظريه‌هاي دموكراسي خواهي و نظريه‌هاي انقلابي بودند، اما در اين پژوهش سعي شده است كه با نگاهي جامعه‌شناسانه به تحليل اين رويدادها در قالب نظريه جنبش اجتماعي و زمينه هاي تفاوت اين تحولات از مباني جريانات انقلابي معاصر پرداخته شود. در پاسخ به اين سوال، به‌ نظر مي رسد نظريه جنبش اجتماعي جديد آلبرتو ملوچي در خصوص كنش تعاملي و هويت محور مي تواند چارچوب نظري مناسبي براي بررسي ماهيت حركت هاي مردمي در منطقه خاورميانه و شمال آفريقا باشد. مقاله حاضر از نظر شرايط پژوهش، يك بررسي توصيفي- تحليلي و از نظر هدف، يك بررسي كاربردي است.

The uprising and developments in the Arab world that began with the Tunisian protests ,brought a wave of political, economic and social demands and requests which covered other classes of people and then other countries in the Middle East and North Africa region including Egypt. The developments are changing some of the political systems in the region, existing regional order and also affecting the interests and approaches of powers in the Middle East. The uprisings in the Arab world were a historic period for the region and for the rest of the world. The main question of article studies the nature of the recent developments in the Middle East and North Africa. Although the many of researchers have been following for the analysis of these developments in the form of democracy, revolutionary theories ,but in this research we have sociologically tried to analyze these events within the framework of a social movement theory and the fields of the difference between these developments from the foundations of contemporary revolutionary currents. In response to this question ,it seems Alberto Melucci’s new social movement theory regarding the interactive action identity- oriented and can be a useful theoretical framework to examine the nature of the popular movements in the region of the Middle East and North Africa. This paper, in terms of research conditions, is a descriptive-analytical and in terms of goal is a functional study.
