زمينه‌هاي امنيتي‌شدن منطقه خاورميانه در بستر ديدگاه زبانشناختي ساختارگرا

Security Contexts of the Middle East in site of Structuralist Linguistics Perspective

خاورميانه به واسطه مسير ارتباطي، منابع انرژي، تجربيات امپرياليستي، تعارضات فرهنگي اش و شرايط ژيوپليتيكي خود، محيطي واقع گرايانه و مبتني بر معضلات ناشي از امنيت دولتي، ملي و منطقه اي يافته است. به گونه اي كه اين شرايط منجر به صلح و ثبات براي منطقه خاورميانه نبوده است. بنابراين، بررسي فرآيند شكل گيري مسايل امنيتي در خاورميانه در قالب نظام مبتني بر تحليل زبان شناختي ساختارگرا داراي اهميت است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي عوامل موثر در تعريف امنيتي منطقه خاورميانه است. سوال اصلي پژوهش اين است كه چه عواملي در فرآيند شكل گيري معضل امنيتي خاورميانه دخيل هستند. فرضيه پژوهش بيانگر اين است كه شكل گيري تعاريف و مسايل امنيتي خاورميانه ناشي از عوامل زبان شناختي است كه در اثر توليد نشانه هاي امنيتي غرب به وجود آمده است. اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصيفي- تحليلي و بهره‌گيري از متون و آمار معتبر و همچنين روش تحليل زبان شناختي ساختارگرا بيانگر اين نتيجه است كه در منطقه خاورميانه در اثر توليد نشانه هايي توسط عوامل بيرون از جامعه زباني خود در بستر شرايط داخلي منجر به ارجاع دال خاورميانه به مدلول خاصي شده است كه منطقه خاورميانه را بيش از پيش امنيتي ساخته است، امنيتي كه در آن صرفا بحران توليد مي شود.

The Middle East due to communication pathway, energy sources, imperialist experiences, its cultural conflicts and geopolitic conditions, has found a realistic environment based on problems of public, national and regional security.In a way that these conditions have not led to any peace and stability in the Middle East region. Therefore, study of process of formation of security issues in the Middle East in frame a system based on structuralist linguistic analysis is important. The aim of this research is study of effective factors in the definition of reginal security in the Middle East.The main question is: what are the factors of formation of security problem in the Middle East.The hypothesis of this study suggests that the formation of definitions and security problems in the Middle East is resulting from the linguistic factors which have arisen in effect of production of west security signs. This study, by using a descriptive- analytic method and also valid texts and statistics and structualist linguistic analysis shows this result that in the Middle East region in effect of production of signs by factors outside its language society bed in internal conditions, has been causing by referring to signifier of the Middle East to the special signified issues which has made the Middle East region more security than before, in which only crisis is produced.
