The comparison of children with hyperactivity / attention deficit, learning disabilities and normal children based on Children Wechsler IQ test components (new edition)

هدف اساسي مطالعه حاضر بررسي تطبيقي آزمون هوشي وكسلر در كودكان مبتلا به بيش فعالي/ نارسايي توجه، ناتواني يادگيري (ناتواني خواندن و ناتواني رياضي) و كودكان بهنجار مي باشد. نمونه پژوهش متشكل از سه گروه 30 نفري (كودكان مبتلا به بيش فعالي/ نارسايي توجه، ناتواني يادگيري و كودكان بهنجار) بودند كه با روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي از شهرستان رشت انتخاب شدند. جهت تحليل داده هاي پژوهش از روش تحليل واريانس چند متغيره و آزمون تعقيبي استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه كودكان بهنجار در تمامي زير مقياس‌هاي اين آزمون (درك كلامي، استدلال ادراكي، حافظه‌ي فعال و سرعت پردازش) از دو گروه كودكان مبتلا به بيش فعالي/ نارسايي توجه و ناتواني يادگيري عملكرد مطلوب تري داشتند. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه كودكان دچار ناتواني يادگيري در زير مقياس حافظه‌ي فعال نسبت به كودكان مبتلا به بيش فعالي/ نارسايي توجه، وضعيت مطلوب تري داشتند. نتايج مطالعه‌ي حاضر مبتني بر پيشينه مطالعاتي و نيز بر اساس اختلال در كاركرد اجرايي عصب شناختي در دو اختلال مذكور قابل تبيين است.

The main purpose of the present study is to investigate Wechsler intelligence scale among children with attention deficit, hyperactivity disorder, learning disability (reading disability and mathematical disability) and normal children. The sample consists of three groups of 30 people (children with hyperactivity / attention deficit, learning disabilities and normal children) who were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling in Rasht city and then it was compared based on the fourth edition of the Wechsler intelligence test. Data analysis was used based on multivariate analysis of variance and post hoc test. The results showed that normal children outperformed two groups of children with hyperactivity / attention deficit and learning disabilities regarding all factors of the test including verbal comprehension, perceptual reasoning, working memory and processing speed. The results showed that children with learning disabilities in the working memory were in a more favorable condition than children with hyperactivity / attention deficit. The findings established upon studies and literature on the basis of executive dysfunction in neurological disorders can be explained within these two disorders.
