فناوري ديجيتال در عصر ديجيتال درحاليكه باعث ايجاد فرصتها و امكانات به اقتضاي مقتضيات تمدن ديجيتال شده است، فاصله بين اقشار جوامع از حيث كم و كيف كاربرد فناوري ديجيتال را به دنبال دارد كه شكاف ديجيتال ناميده ميشود. شكاف يادشده -كه ناشي از فضاي ديجيتال است- با نفوذ بر نگرش و جهانبيني كاربران ديجيتال و غيركاربران، بر امنيت فرهنگي جامعه، تاثير مينهد. در پاسخ به اين پرسش كه شكاف ديجيتال ناشي از تكثر اقشار جامعه در دسترسي و استفاده از فضاي مجازي چگونه باعث تهديد و آسيب فرهنگي جامعه ميشود، اين فرضيه ارايه و تبيين شد كه شكاف ديجيتال باعث شكاف فرهنگي در جامعه ميگردد و اگر ماهيت اين شكاف،­ متراكم باشد، موجب تهديد و آسيب به امنيت فرهنگي جامعه ميشود؛ زيرا شكاف ديجيتال با ايجاد جهتگيري هنجاري يا ضدهنجاري در جامعه، بر تثبيت يا تضعيف امنيت فرهنگي بهصورت ايجابي و سلبي اثر ميگذارد كه پيامدي جز تحكيم يا زوال فرهنگ جامعه نخواهد داشت. ماهيت پژوهش حاضر، مفهومي- نظري در چارچوب شكاف اجتماعي- يكي از مباحث اساسي جامعهشناسي سياسي- با تمركز بر شكاف ديجيتال است. روش گردآوري دادهها، كتابخانهاي و روش تجزيهوتحليل داده‌ها، توصيفي- تحليلي است. در زمانه تكوين تمدن ديجيتال، بررسي تاثير دنياي ديجيتال و شكاف ناشي از آن بر حوزه‌هاي فرهنگي جوامع از جنبه مثبت و منفي، ضرورتي دوچندان مييابد و با عنايت به اين مهم، هدف و رسالت نوشتار حاضر، تحليل تاثير «شكاف ديجيتال» بر «امنيت فرهنگي» جامعه است كه به‌عنوان يافته اساسي پژوهش در قالب نمودار در انتهاي مباحث مقاله ترسيم شده است.

Digital technology, in digital era, while creating opportunities due to the require-ments of digital civilization, has caused a gap between societies in the use of digital technology and in terms of quantity and quality of usage, which is called “digital gap”. As the mentioned gap, caused by cyberspace, has influenced on attitudes and worldviews of users and nonusers, it has also influenced on security of communities. In response to the question how digital gap, caused by the plurality of different levels of society in access and use of cyberspace, causes cultural threats and vulnerabilities, this hypothesis tried to present and clarify that digital gap can create cultural gap in societies. In addition, if the nature of the gap is dense, it can cause threat and harm to safety of communities. Because the digital gap by creating normal or abnormal orientation in communities can either stabilize or weaken cultural security in a positive or negative way which finally leads to strength or decline of culture. The nature of this study is a theoretical – conceptual method within the framework of social gap, which is one of the fundamental issues of political sociology with a focus on digital gap. The method of data collection was a library one and the method of analyzing the data was a descriptive analysis one. In the era of development of digital civilization, a survey on the effects of digital world and consequently the positive and negative impacts of digital gap on cultural fields needs to be doubled. With regard to this matter, the purpose and mission of this article is an analysis of the influence of “digital gap” over “cultural security” of the society, which has introduced as basic research findings in the form of charts at the end of the article.
