An Investigation into the Model of the Structure of Sport in Iran (Delphi Study)

هدف از اين پژوهش مطالعه مدل ساختار ورزش كشور است. تحقيق ازنظر روش، توصيفي- تحليلي؛ و از نظر هدف، كاربردي است. روش جمع‌آوري داده‌ها شامل مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي، روش دلفي و در نهايت پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته است. پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 91/0 به‌دست آمد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را مديران وزارت ورزش و جوانان، مديران و كارشناسان كميته ملي المپيك، روساي فدراسيون‌ها، مديران انجمن‌هاي ورزشي فدراسيون ورزش مدارس و اعضاي هيات علمي تشكيل مي‌دادند. در اين پژوهش، نمونه تحقيق برابر جامعه تحقيق و به‌صورت تمام‌شمار تعيين شد. از 302 پرسشنامه ارسالي براي اعضاي جامعه تحقيق، 238 پرسشنامه (79 درصد) دريافت شد. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي و آزمون فريدمن و آزمون H استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد به‌ترتيب اهميت: ورزش همگاني، ورزش آموزشي، ورزش قهرماني و ورزش حرفه‌اي در اولويت ساختار ورزش كشور قرار دارند. همچنين نتايج نشان داد در تدوين قانون پنج‌ساله پنجم توسعه كشور به چهار بخش ورزش كشور توجه زيادي نشده است.

The present study aimed at investigating the model of the structure of sports in Iran. The research method was descriptive-analytical and in terms of the purpose, it was an applied study. Data were collected by review of related literature, Delphi method and finally a researcher-made questionnaire. Using Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient, the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained as 0.91. The study population consisted of the managers in the Ministry of Sport and Youth, managers and experts of the National Olympic Committee, heads of federations, the managers of sport associations of School Sport Federation and the faculty members. The sample was equal to the population; 302 questionnaires were sent to the sample and 238 questionnaires (79%) were returned. For data analysis, the descriptive statistics and tests of Friedman and Kruskal-Wallis test (H) were used. Results showed that sport for all, training sport, championship sport and professional sport were respectively the priorities of structure of sports in Iran. Also, in formulating the Fifth Five-Year Development Plan of Iran, none of the four parts of sport have been highly taken into account.
