تدوين مدل ارتباطي هوش چندگانه و هوش سازماني در اداره كل ورزش و جوانان استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد

The Design of Model of the Relationship between Multiple Intelligence and Organizational Intelligence in Sport and Youth General Office of Kohgloyah and Boyer-Ahmad Province

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحي مدل ارتباطي هوش چندگانه و هوش سازماني اداره كل ورزش و جوانان استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش 121 نفر از كاركنان اداره كل ورزش و جوانان استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد بود كه همه آنها به‌طور كل‌شمار براي نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. براي دستيابي به اهداف پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه هوش چندگانه گاردنر (1999) و هوش سازماني آلبرخت (2003) استفاده شد. روايي پرسشنامه ها به تاييد پانزده تن از متخصصان رسيد و پايايي آنها در يك مطالعه مقدماتي با 30 آزمودني به‌ترتيب 81/0 و 96/0 محاسبه شد. به‌منظور تحليل داده ها از آزمون توصيفي و استنباطي از جمله t تك‌نمونه اي، و معادلات ساختاري با كمك نرم‌افزارهاي AMOS و SPSS استفاده شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد هوش هاي چندگانه و هوش سازماني در اداره كل مزبور در سطح مطلوبي قرار دارند. بين هوش چندگانه و هوش سازماني و مولفه هاي آنها ارتباطات معنادار وجود دارد. همچنين هوش هيجاني با ضريب مسير 52/0 بر هوش سازماني اثرگذار بوده و مدل ارتباطي آنها از برازش مطلوبي برخوردار بود.

The aim of this study was to design the model of the relationship between multiple intelligence and organizational intelligence in Sport and Youth general office in Kohgloyah and Boyer-Ahmad province. The statistical population included 121 personnel of Sport and Youth general office in Kohgloyah and Boyer-Ahmad province and all of them were selected as the sample. The Gardner (1999) Questionnaire of Multiple Intelligence and Albrecht (2003) Questionnaire of Organizational Intelligence were used to achieve the objectives. The validity of the two questionnaires was confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability was calculated as 0.81 and 0.96 respectively in a pilot study with 30 subjects. Descriptive and inferential statistics including one sample t test, and structural equations with SPSS and AMOS software were used to analyze data. Results showed that multiple intelligence and organizational intelligence were desirable in this office. There was a significant relationship between multiple intelligence and organizational intelligence and all their subscales. Also, multiple intelligence had an effect on organizational intelligence with the path coefficient of 0.52 and their relationship model had a desirable goodness.
