انگل آميلواودينيوم اُسلاتوم درماهي آكواريومي دلقك كلاركي آلاري آب شور

Amyloodinium ocellatum (Brown, 1931) (Dinoflagellata) infestations in ornamental fish (Amphiprion xanthurus) imported into Iran

در فروردین ماه سال 1393 در یكی از مراكز عرضه ماهیان آكواریومی  آب شور در استان تهران تلفات در ماهی دلقك كلاركی آلاری آب شور (Amphiprion xanthurus) وارد شده از كشور آفریقا، مشاهده شد. درجه حرارت آب اكواریوم 27 درجه سلسیوس، پی اج 8.2، آمونیاك و نیتریت در حد صفر، غلظت متوسط شوری 1.018 (بر مبنای چگالی) و سختی كربنات 10 ثیت گردید. نمونه برداری از سطح پوست و آبشش انجام و به وسیله میكروسكوپ نوری  (Olympus Ch20bimf 200) برای جستجوی انگل مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در گسترش مرطوب، انگل تك سلولی تاژكدار آمیلواودینیوم اُسلاتوم (Amiloodinium ocellatum) از پوست و آبشش ماهی جدا و مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت.این اولین گزارش از انگل تك سلولی تاژكدار آمیلواودینیوم اسلاتوم در ایران است.

Examples of infected fish was sent back to the lab. Samples taken from the surface of the skin and gill of host fish and examined by light microscopy. Flagellated unicellular parasites (Amiloodinium ocellatum) were identified and isolated from the skin and gills of fish. Parasite is non-specific in its host selection and wide variety of marine and brackish water fish pollute. The parasite is relatively resistant to the chemicals used to treat and tolerate a wide range of salinity and temperature fluctuations. This is the first report of Amiloodinium acellatum in Iran.
