بررسي جايگاه ويژگي‌هاي قومي در شكل‌گيري محلات شهري ايلام

Evaluating the Role of Ethnic Features in Creation of Ilamʹʹs Urban Sectors

مسيله هويت قومي، موضوعي است كه در تاريخ بشريت همواره مطرح بوده است. پيوندهاي اجتماعي كه در گذشته همگني منطقه‌اي را در فضـاي سـرزمين بـه وجـود آورده بود، امروزه جايگاه و پايگاه خود را در درون شهرها پيدا كرده و شهرها و محله‌ها بـه كـانون‌هاي هويـت‌هاي قومي و فرهنگي تبديل شده‌اند. هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي جايگاه ويژگي‌هاي قومي در شكل‌گيري محلات شهري ايلام است. روش تحقيق توصيفي ـ تحليلي مي‌باشد جامعه آماري محلات سطح شهر وكاركنان شهرداري ايلام مي‌باشند. روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده است و پايايي آن با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ مورد سنجش قرار گرفته كه براي محلات 76درصد و كاركنان شهرداري 81 درصد مي‌باشد. براي تحليل داده‌ها از نرم افزار spss وآزمون تي يك نمونه‌اي و رگرسيون خطي استفاده شده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان‌دهنده آن است كه شهر ايلام با دارا بودن اقوام مختلف كرد، لر، عرب و غيره وايلات و طوايف گوناگون، در ساختار و شكل‌گيري محلات شهر مسيله‌ي قوم گرايي دخالت داشته به طوري كه اكثر محلات شهر، بخصوص محلات حاشيه شهر، به يك قوم خاصي تعلق داشته و محلات مركز شهر از تمام طوايف واقوام گوناگون در آن‌ها ساكن هستند. لازم به ذكر است كه ايجاد محلات و فضاهاي مطمين براي تمام گروه‌ها در سطح شهر، كم رنگ كردن وكاهش تعصبات قومي نسبت به افراد غريبه در محله، توزيع فضايي عادلانه‌ي امكانات عمومي در ميان تمام محلات شهري، راهبردهاي مناسب براي انسجام اجتماعي و جلوگيري از فعاليت گرايش‌هاي قومي و غيره، راهكارهايي براي ضعيف شدن نقش خويشاوندي در شكل گيري محلات شهر ايلام مي‌باشند.

The subject of ethnic identity is a topic that has always been set forth during human history. Social connections that had created homogenous areas in the district have found their places in the cities nowadays and cities and locations have changed to ethnic and cultural identity centers.This research aimed to examine the place of ethnic attributes in forming Ilamʹs urban locations. The research method was descriptive - analytic and statistical population involved the cityʹs locations and municipalityʹs employers of Ilam. The method of sampling was random sampling and its reliability was estimated using Cronbach Alpha which was 76% and 81% for locations and municipalityʹs employers respectively. To analyze data SPSS software and t-test and linear regression were used. The results indicated that having different people, Kurds- Lors- Arabs and so on and various tribes and clans, Ilam played a role in structure and forming cityʹs locations and ethnicity topic. So many cityʹs locations, especially locations of cityʹs margin belonged to a particular family and locations of city center involving different clans and families lived there. It is needed to mention that there are guidelines to reduce relative role in forming Ilamʹs locations such as creating safe locations and spaces for all groups in the city, decreasing ethnic prejudices toward strangers in location, equal spatial distribution of general facilities in all cityʹs locations, suitable approaches to social coherence and preventing dogmatic activities.
