Supporting the National products and the Principle of Negation Path (Nafi Sabil)

مفهوم توليد ملي، در حقيقت يكي از ابعاد مهم انقلاب اسلامي در موضوع استقلال است. استقلال به مفهوم واقعي‌اش، ترجمان قاعده «نفي سبيل» است. اين قاعده فقهي برگرفته از آيه شريفه قرآن ?لَنْ‏ يَجْعَلَ‏ اللهُ‏ لِلْكافِرينَ عَلَي الْمُوْمِنينَ سَبيلاً?است و معني آن اين است كه خداوند اجازه هيچ‌گونه وابستگي در جامعه اسلامي نمي‌دهد. توجه به توليد ملي و افزايش آن، به معناي خودكفايي در آن زمينه و دست يافتن به استقلال اقتصادي است. البته توجه به اين نكته ضروري است كه پذيرش انديشه نفي سبيل به معناي قطع ارتباط با ديگر كشورها نيست. در نگارش حاضر، نگارنده با بررسي قاعده نفي سبيل و حمايت از توليدات ملي، به ارتباطي بديع بين اين دو موضوع رسيده است كه عبارت است از حمايت از توليدات ملي يكي از مقدمات واجب قاعده نفي سبيل است.

T he concept of the national products is one of the important dimensions of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in the subject of independence in reality. The Independence in its real concept is the interpretation of the negation path (nafi sabil) principle. This Islamic jurisprudential principle is derived from this noble Quran verse "And never will Allah grant to the unbelievers a way (to triumphs) over the believers" ?لن يجعل الله للكافرين علي المومنين سبيلاً?. It means that Allah will never grant the unbelievers a way (to triumphs) over the believers. Paying attention to the national products and multiplying it means economic self-sufficiency and economic independence. It is necessary to be stated that the acceptance of the negation path thought does not mean to stop relations with other countries. In the present note, the author with studying the negation path (nafi sabil) principle and supporting the national products has achieved a new relationship between these two issues which is supporting the national product s is one of the obligatory preliminaries of the negation path (nafi sabil) principle.
