The Root of Diversity in the Islamic Community and Western Community

در اين تحقيق به دنبال اين هستيم كه سياستمداران و مديران غربي با توجه به كدام نيازها و كدام سرمايه هاي انساني، ميل به تنوع گرايي مبتني بر الگوي غربي را نهادينه كرده اند تا بتوان به كمك اين مهم و مهندسي معكوس اين فرايند الگوهاي مبتني بر فرهنگ، اجتماع و اقتصاد غربي را در هم شكست و بتوان براي آن جايگزين و يا الگوهايي متناسب با الگوي ايراني ـ اسلامي پروريد و در جامعه اشاعه داد و حتي به كشورهاي ديگر صادر كرد. تحقيق از جهت هدف،كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت، توصيفي و از نظر روش به صورت مروري و تحليلي صورت گرفته است، تحقيق حاضر يك پژوهش كيفي از نوع تحليل انتزاعي و محتواست. تنوع گرايي و تنوع طلبي در جواب نمادهاي اقتصادي ـ اجتماعي ـ فرهنگي به وجودآمده است و براي ارضاي نيازهاي ثانويه، تبيين شده كه ابتدا در نيازهاي اوليه و در نهايت در نيازهاي ثانويه تجلي مي يابد. به طور كلي تنوع طلبي در راستاي الگوي مبتني بر مادي گرايي غربي و لذت طلبي صرف به وجود آمده است و از اين رو مي توانست به جاي اين تنوع طلبي، الگوهاي ديگري طراحي و تبيين شود، اما با الگوي مادي گرايانه و غربي تناقض دارد وگرنه مي توانست سادگي به جاي تنوع صرف و يا تنوع نسبي به جاي تنوع صرف معرفي و نمادسازي شود.

T his note aims to explore for what necessities and human capitals the western politicians and managers have systematized the tendency to the diversity based on western paradigm. It helps us with reverse engineering to come over this model which is based on western social culture and economics and it is displaced by Persian-Islamic paradigm and should be promoted in the society and even transferring to other countries. The research from the orientation of the goal is applied and from the side of the nature is descriptive and the method is review- analytic. The research is qualitative and is the kind of the abstract – content analysis. The diversity has been established in the response of economic, social and cultural symbols and it is determined for fulfilling the second necessities which it reveals in first needs and at last in second needs. Generally, diversity is emerged in the direction of the paradigm based on western materialism and self-indulgence. Therefore it is possible to plan other paradigms instead of this diversity but it is against western and materialism paradigm. Simplicity can displace absolute diversity or relative diversity and it can be symbolized.
