اهداف: امروزه بهبود كيفيت در راس امور سازمان ها قرار دارد و از دغدغه‌های اصلی آنها است. شناسايی نقاط ضعف و قوت، تشخيص فرصت ها و تهديدها و تلاش برای بهبود وضعيت موجود و رسيدن به وضعيت مطلوب و كسب جايگاه برتر از مهم‌ترين وظايف سازمان‌ها از جمله دانشگاه‌ها است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی كيفيت فرآيند تدريس در دانشكده پرستاری لامرد از ديدگاه دانشجويان انجام شد. ابزار و روش‌ها: اين پژوهش توصيفی- پيمايشی در 95 دانشجوی دانشكده پرستاری شهر لامرد كه به‌روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته سنجش كيفيت اساتيد بود. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحليل واريانس چندمتغيره انجام شد. يافته‌ها: از ديدگاه دانشجويان، كيفيت تدريس اساتيد در تمامی مولفه‌های مورد بررسی وضعيت مطلوبی نداشت. "انتخاب تكنولوژی" در دو سطح سال ورود 1391 و 1393 (001/0=p) و "سنجش و ارزش‌يابی" در دو سطح سال ورود 1391 و 1392 (03/0=p)، تفاوت معنی‌دار داشتند. همچنين مولفه های مديريت كلاس داری (008/0=p)، پويايی يادگيری (02/0=p) و سنجش و ارزش‌يابی (01/0=p) بين دو گروه پسران و دختران دارای تفاوت معنی‌دار بودند. نتيجه‌گيری: كيفيت فرآيند تدريس اساتيد در مولفه‌‌های انتخاب اهداف، مديريت كلاس‌داری، استراتژی يادگيری، تنظيم محتوی، پويايی يادگيری، انتخاب تكنولوژی و سنجش و ارزش‌يابی در دانشكده پرستاری لامرد از ديدگاه دانشجويان پايين‌تر از حد متوسط است.

Aims: Today, the quality improvement is at the head of the organization duties and their main concern. Identifying strengths and weaknesses, identifying opportunities and threats and efforts to improve the situation and achieve favorable status and earn top spot are the most important tasks of organizations, including universities. This study aimed to assess the quality of the teaching process in Lamerd nursing faculty from the viewpoint of students. Instrument & Methods: This descriptive-survey study was performed in 95 nursing students of Lamerd nursing faculty who were entered to the study by census method. Data gathering tool was the researcher-made questionnaire of professors’ quality assessment. Data analysis was done by MANOVA method. Findings: From the viewpoint of students, teaching quality of teaching was not good in all studied elements. There were significant differences in “Technology selection” between the viewpoints of 2012 and 2014 entered students (p=0.001) and also in “assessment and evaluation” between the viewpoints of 2012 and 2013 entered students (p=0.03). There were also significant differences in classroom management (p=0.008), the dynamics of learning (p=0.02) and assessment and evaluation (p=0.01) between boys and girls. Conclusion: The quality of teaching is lower than average in targets selection, class management, learning strategy, content regulation, the dynamics of learning, technology selection and assessment and evaluation in Lamerd nursing faculty from the viewpoint of students.
