شيوه‌هاي اصلاح الگوي آموزش‌هاي حفاظتي دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم انتظامي (با تاكيد بر ادوار مصوب)

The methods of improving (revision) the security trainingsʹʹs Model for students of police university ( with emphasis on approved periods)

هدف اين تحقيق، بررسي شيوه‌هاي اصلاح الگوي آموزش‌هاي حفاظتي دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم انتظامي در سال1393 مي‌باشد. اين تحقيق ازنظر روش، پيمايشي - اسنادي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل كارشناسان آموزش حفاظتي و اساتيد حفاظت‌اطلاعات ناجا بوده كه براساس فرمول كوكران، نمونه‌اي به حجم 60 نفر انتخاب و سپس اطلاعات ازطريق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوري و داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (با آزمون خي‌دو) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه براي اصلاح الگوهاي آموزش‌هاي حفاظتي، بايد الگوهاي موجود در زمينه نيازسنجي، برنامه‌ريزي، اجرا و ارزشيابي مورد بازبيني و ارتقاي كيفيت قرار گيرند. آينده‌پژوهي در بررسي تهديدها و آسيب‌پذيرهاي ناجا و كاركنان، شناسايي تهديدها و آسيب‌هاي خاص منطقه‌اي، ارتقاي دانش تخصصي مدرسان و اساتيد، لزوم طراحي مطلوب‌ترين شيوه آموزش‌هاي حفاظتي براي دانشگاه علوم انتظامي، و بررسي ميزان نيل به هدف‌‌هاي نگرشي، دانشي و رفتاري از مهم‌ترين شيوه‌هاي پيشنهاد شده در اين تحقيق مي‌باشد.

The purpose of this research is examine the method of improving the security trainingʹs model for students of police university in 2014.The method of this study from the method view point is (( survey and document )). Statistical community of this research includes security awareness experts and professors of NAJA information protection and chosen sample of 60 subjects through Cochran formula and then gathered data through questionnaires of researcher and were analyzed data through descriptive and inferential statistic ( chi-squared test). Researchʹs finding show that ,in order to revision of security trainings model, it should be reviewed and promoted qualitatively in the fields of assessment ,planning ,implementation and evaluation. The most important methods that has proposed in this study are future study in investigation of vulnerabilities and threats of NAJA and its staff, to identify specific regional threats, promotion of specialized knowledge for lecturers and professors, the necessity of designing the best method of security trainings for police university and assess the achievement level to the scientific, perspicacious and behavioral objectives.
