ارزيابي برخي شاخص‌هاي مورفو فيزيولوژيك و عملكرد ارقام گندم نان

Evaluation some morphophysiologic indices and yield of bread wheat cultivars

در اين آزمايش 15 ژنوتيپ گندم نان از نظر صفات مورفولوژيك و فيزيولوژيك، در قالب طرح آماري بلوك‌هاي كامل تصادفي با چهار تكرار در مزرعه تحقيقاتي دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تبريز در سال زراعي 92-91 مورد مقايسه قرار گرفتند. نتايج تجزيه واريانس صفات نشان داد كه در بين صفات مورد بررسي ارتفاع بوته، طول سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، عملكرد دانه، شاخص برداشت، عملكرد بيولوژيك، سرعت رشد نسبي، سرعت جذب خالص و سرعت رشد محصول در سطح احتمال يك درصد و صفات محتواي نسبي آب برگ پرچم و شاخص سطح برگ در سطح احتمال پنج درصد معني‌دار بود كه بيانگر وجود اختلاف بين ژنوتيپ‌هاي مورد بررسي از نظر اين صفات است. همبستگي عملكرد دانه با وزن هزار دانه مثبت و معني‌دار و با ارتفاع بوته منفي و معني‌دار بود. نتايج تجزيه عليت نشان داد كه اثر مستقيم عملكرد بيولوژيك بر عملكرد دانه مثبت و هم‌چنين اين صفت مي‌‌تواند باعث بهبود عملكرد دانه شود. نتايج اين بررسي حاكي از آن است كه صفات عملكرد بيولوژيك، سرعت رشد نسبي و شاخص سطح برگ به‌عنوان موثرترين صفات بر روي عملكرد دانه بوده و حدود 80 درصد از تغييرات عملكرد دانه را توجيه كردند و ژنوتيپ شماره هفت از لحاظ عملكرد دانه نسبت به ديگر ارقام برتر بود.

In this experiment 15 genotypes of bread wheat in terms of morphologic and physiologic traits, on the basis of randomized complete blocks statistic design with four replications were compared in research field of Agricultural college of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz Branch in 2012-13 cropping year. Results of traits analysis of variance revealed that among the under investigated traits plant height, spike length, one-thousand grain weight, grain yield, harvest index, biological yield, relative growth rate, net assimilation rate and crop growth rate were significant at probability level of one percent and the traits relative water content leaf flag and leaf area index at probability level of five percent that indicates the difference between the investigated genotypes with regarding these traits. Correlation of grain yield with one-thousand grain weight was significant and positive and with plant height was significant and negative. Results of path analysis showed that direct effect of biological yield on grain yield was positive and also this trait can improve grain yield. Results of this investigation suggests that traits of biological yield, relative growth rate and leaf area index were as the most effective traits on grain yield and justified about 80 percent of variations in grain yield and number seven genotype was superior in terms of grain yield than other cultivars.
