حقوق بشر: ابزار نرم مداخله گرايي آمريكا و اتحاديه اروپا

در اين پژوهش تلاش شده است با كاربست نظريه رژيم هاي بين المللي، نگاه نرم افزارانه سياست خارجي آمريكا و اتحاديه اروپا به موضوع حقوق بشر در نظام بين الملل و بويژه در جمهوري اسلامي ايران مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. رويكرد ساختاري نسبت به رژيم هاي بين المللي به ما نشان مي دهد كه رژيم حقوق بشر در واقع تابعي از ساختار نظام بين الملل و قدرت هژمون است. آمريكا و اتحاديه اروپايي به عنوان بازيگران موثر نظام بين المللي در صدد هستند رژيم هاي مطلوب خود را بر جامعه بين المللي تحميل كنند. آنها در قبال ايران نيز تلاش دارند از طريق نرم افزار حقوق بشر با مسيله هسته اي پيوند موضوعي برقرار كنند و از آن به عنوان ابزاري در جهت تحميل خواسته ها و نيز توسعه قدرت و نفوذ نرم خود در جهان، سود جويند و اين امر را به عنوان محملي براي مداخله در امور داخلي كشورهاي ثالث قرار داده و از اين طريق اهداف سياسي خود را دنبال كنند. نگارندگان در اين پژوهش تلاش دارند تا به اين پرسش مهم پاسخ دهند كه حقوق بشر چه نقشي در سياست خارجي آمريكا و اتحاديه اروپا و روند مداخله گرايي آنها در نظام بين الملل و بويژه در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران دارد؟

Context and Objective:This study is an attempt to apply the theory of international regimes, software look America and Europe Union foreign policy issue of human rights in the international system, especially in the Islamic Republic are examined.
