تمدن نوين اسلامي در انديشه آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي (چيستي و چگونگي تكامل تمدني جمهوري اسلامي ايران)

The Nature of Civilization and the Process of Civilization-Making in the Islamic Republic of Iran (Ayatollah Khameneiʹʹs View)

بسياري از انديشمندان و شخصيت‌هاي علمي و فكري جهان، بر اين عقيده‌اند كه رهبري معظم انقلاب اسلامي، حضرت آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي، پيش از آنكه رهبر سياسي يك كشور اسلامي باشد، يك شخصيت علمي برجسته در جهان اسلام و عرصه بين‌الملل است. در ميان موضوعات و مسايل فكري جمهوري اسلامي ايران و فراتر از آن مسايل جهان اسلام، انديشه‌ها و ديدگاه‌هاي ايشان در موضوع تمدن نوين اسلامي، از جايگاه ويژه‌اي برخوردار است. در اين مقاله كوشيده‌ايم با استناد به بيانات و سخنراني‌هاي ايشان در دوره زماني سال‌هاي 1368 تا 1394 و با بهره‌گيري از روش مفهوم‌سازي بنيادي، «هندسه كلان انديشه تمدني» ايشان را استخراج و توصيف كنيم. اگرچه بي‌ترديد هركدام از مقوله‌هاي مفهومي اشاره شده در اين نوشتار به‌تنهايي ظرفيت بررسي‌ها و نگارش‌هاي جداگانه دارند، اين مقاله بر ساختار كلي و ريوس اصلي تشكيل‌دهنده انديشه تمدني آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي متمركز شده است. از اين‌رو، سه بخش اصلي مقاله عبارتند از: (1) بررسي امكان يا امتناع تمدن نوين اسلامي؛ (2) مفهوم‌شناسي (چيستي) تمدن نوين اسلامي؛ (3) ايجاد و تكوين تمدن نوين اسلامي. در بخش سوم كه به چگونگي رسيدن به تمدن اسلامي مي‌پردازد، مقوله‌هاي زير بررسي شده‌اند: الف) پيش‌نيازهاي شكل‌گيري تمدن اسلامي؛ ب) مراحل تكوين تمدن اسلامي؛ ج) الزامات رسيدن به تمدن اسلامي. گفتني است به‌دليل ويژگي عينيت‌گرايانه انديشه تمدني آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي، مباحث اين مقاله، ماهيت انضماميِ ناظر به حركت تمدني جمهوري اسلامي ايران را نيز دارد.

Many world thinkers maintain that Ayatollah Khamenei is an intellectual character in the Islamic world and the international community much more than he is a political leader in an Islamic country. Among intellectual issues and problems of the Islamic Republic of Iran and of the Islamic world, his views about the new Islamic civilization takes a center-stage. In this paper, I seek to extract his "universal geometry of the civilizational thought" with an appeal to his speeches from 1989 through 2015 with the method of fundamental conceptualization. Though there is no doubt that any of the concepts and conceptual categories referred to in this paper can be examined independently, the paper is focused on the general structure and the outlines of Ayatollah Khameneiʹs civilizational thoughts. Thus three sections of the paper are as follows: an examination of the possibility or impossibility of the new Islamic civilization, the concept (or nature) of the new Islamic civilization, and the creation of the new Islamic civilization. In the third section, concerning how to realize the new Islamic civilization from Ayatollah Khameneiʹs view, I have considered the following categories: (a) prerequisites of the formation of the Islamic civilization, (b) stages of the formation of the Islamic civilization, (c) requirements of achieving the Islamic civilization. It is noteworthy that because of the objectivist feature of Ayatollah Khameneiʹs civilizational thoughts, the issues in this paper have a concrete nature regarding the civilizational movement of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
