سنجش نگرش مديران ورزشي و غير ورزشي در پيش بيني افزايش وفاق اجتماعي با محوريت ورزش قهرماني

A Study on Athletic and Non-athletic Administratorsʹ Attitudes Predicted Increased Social Consensus The centrality Championship Sport

وفاق اجتماعي، يكي از موضوعات اساسي است كه از گذشته طولاني مورد توجه صاحبنظران در حوزه مطالعات اجتماعي و فرهنگي بوده است. با گذشت زمان اين مسيله نه تنها اهميت خود را از دست نداده، بلكه به جهت تحولات روزافزون در صحنه بينالملل و جهاني از اهميت بيش از پيشي برخوردار شده است. وفاق اجتماعي به عنوان يكي از مولفه هاي اساسي و بنيادين سرمايه اجتماعي و از عومل تاثيرگذار بر روابط اجتماعي مي باشد كه روز به روز فرسايش مي يابد و ضعيف تر مي گردد- اين مساله هم در سطح جهاني و هم در سطح ملي مشاهده شده است. براي تحليل و تبيين اين موضوع، چهارچوب نظري تحقيق بر اساس نظريات پاتنام و بورديو و مكاتب كاركردگرايي و كنش متقابل نمادين طراحي گرديده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي نگرش مديران ورزشي و غير ورزشي در ميزان توانايي پيش بيني ورزش قهرماني در افزايش ابعاد وفاق اجتماعي(كنش هاي ارتباطي، برقراي نظم اجتماعي، تعادل و توازن اجتماعي و همنوايي اجتماعي) مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ اجرا از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش، مديران ورزشي و غير ورزشي 31 استان كشور بوده است كه از بين اين استان ها، ده استان بالاي دو ميليون نفر جمعيت به شكل تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. مديران ورزشي، 5 نفر شامل مديران و معاونان ادارات كل تربيت بدني استان ها- داراي تجربه و زمينه مديريت در توسعه ورزش همگاني و قهرماني- و مديران غيرورزشي 5 نفر شامل3 نفر از مديران سياسي، امنيتي و انتظامي 31 استانداري و 2 نفر از مديران و معاونان ادارات كل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامي- داراي سابقه در زمينه فرهنگ سازي برقراري نظم و ثبات و فراهم نمودن همبستگي- بودند كه در مجموع، 100 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. در واقع، نمونه گيري به روش كل شمار و به صورت هدفمند انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات در تحقيق حاضر، پرسشنامه بود. براي سنجش ميزان روايي از روش همبستگي دروني گويه ها و همچنين «آلفاي كرونباخ» استفاده گرديد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از SPSS 16 صورت گرفت. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه هر چند متغير مشاركت در ورزش قهرماني با هر چهار بعد وفاق اجتماعي(كنش هاي ارتباطي، برقراي نظم اجتماعي، تعادل و توازن اجتماعي و همنوايي اجتماعي) رابطه معني داري دارد( 05/0= p) اما تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه نشان مي دهد تنها متغير همنوايي اجتماعي به دليل دارا بودن بالاترين ضريب همبستگي، 158/0 از واريانس ورزش قهرماني را تبيين مي كند كه با توجه به ميزان F مشاهده شده اين واريانس تبيين شده است. در نتيجه، مدل رگرسيون درگام اول در سطح 01/0 معني دار و نشان از توانايي پيش بيني ورزش قهرماني تنها در بعد همنوايي اجتماعي را دارد و در سه بعد ديگر (كنش هاي ارتباطي، برقراي نظم اجتماعي، تعادل و توازن اجتماعي) اين پيش بيني معني دار نمي باشد

Social consensus is one of the main issues of the past, long regarded experts in the field of social and cultural studies. Over time, it not only did not lose its importance, but also has gained global importance because of increasing developments on the international scene. Social consensus as a fundamental component of social capital and of factors affecting social relations that daily wear tends to be weak. This issue has been observed globally and nationally. The analysis of this issue was designed on the basis of Bourdieuʹs theories and schools Pantam and functionalism and symbolic interactionism. The aim of this study was to investigate the attitudes of sports and non-sports administrators the ability to predict the rise of social consensus athletics (act of communication, establish social order, social balance and social conformity). This is due to the implementation of the survey. The study samples were non-sport athletic directors from among the directors of the countryʹs 31 provinces, among the ten provinces of the two million people were randomly selected. Therefore, among the directors, 5 persons including directors and assistant athletic departments of physical education unsporting Astan Ha managers and directors of the political, security to 3 Estandard 31 and deputy director of the Office of culture and the number 2 of persons Who have experience in the culture of order, stability, providing solidarity (total of 5 persons as directors of non-sports) for a total of 100 individuals were sampled. Data collection tools in the study was a questionnaire. To assess the internal consistency reliability of the items as well as "alpha" was used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 16. Data analysis showed a variable that participation in athletics all four dimensions of social consensus (communicative action, establish social order, social balance and social conformity) has a significant relationship(p? 0.05). However, multiple regression analysis showed that the only variable highest correlation due to social conformity, /158 explaining the variance in athletics given that the variance of F is observed. As a result, the first regression Level 0/01 showed significant predictive ability in athletics is only after, social conformity a nd in three dimensions (act of communication, establish social order, social balance) This predict can not be of the meaning.
