چكيده فارسي :
در يك آزمايش گلخانه‌اي مقاومت نسبي ده رقم رايج خيار شامل Al-Biruni F1، Borhan، Donia، Ivor، Jiroft F1، Karim F1، Katrina، Negin، Terminator و Tunca در برابر نماتد ريشه گرهي (Meloidogyne javanica) ارزيابي شد. به ازاي هر گرم خاك، گياهچه‌ها با پنج لارو سن دوم نماتد مايه‌زني شدند. هفت هفته پس از مايه‌زني، شاخص‌هاي مختلف رشدي گياه و شاخص‌هاي توليدمثلي نماتد مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. نتايج نشان داد كه هيچ يك از رقم‌ها مقاوم نبودند ولي درجه حساسيت آن‌ها از نظر شاخص‌هاي توليدمثلي نماتد متفاوت بود. پس از آلوده شدن با نماتد، از نظر شاخص‌هاي شاخساره، رقم‌هاي Karim F1، Al-Biruni F1، Donia و Borhan و از نظر شاخص‌هاي ريشه، رقم‌هاي Al-Biruni F1، Donia، Katrina و Ivor نسبت به ساير رقم‌ها حساسيت كمتري داشتند. در بررسي شاخص‌هاي توليدمثلي نماتد، مشخص شد كه رقم‌هاي Karim F1، Jiroft F1 و Ivor كمترين جمعيت نماتد را داشتند. بر اساس شاخص مقاومت، رقم Karim F1 نسبتاً حساس، Jiroft F1 و Ivor حساس و ساير رقم‌ها خيلي حساس ارزيابي شدند. در تجزيه خوشه‌اي بر مبناي شاخص‌هاي رويشي رقم‌هاي Karim F1، Al-Biruni F1، Tunca و Borhan با قرابت بسيار نزديك در خوشه جداگانه‌اي جاي گرفتند. بر اساس شاخص‌هاي مرتبط با نماتد، پنج رقم Terminator، Ivor، Donia، Karim F1 و Jiroft F1 بيشترين مشابهت به يك‌ديگر را داشتند و رقم‌هاي Al-Biruni F1 و Negin در خوشه مجزا قرار گرفتند.
چكيده لاتين :
Ten greenhouse cucumber cultivars (Al-Biruni F1, Borhan, Donia, Ivor, Cluster5, Jiroft F1, Karim F1, Katrina, Negin, Terminator and Tunca) were screened for resistance against the root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne javanica under controlled environmental conditions in greenhouse. Seedlings of cucumber cultivars were inoculated with five J2s/g soil. Seven weeks after inoculation, the reaction of the cultivars was evaluated. According to the results, none of the tested cultivars were resistant to the nematode. Based on the stem-related parameters, cultivars Karim F1, Al-Biruni F1, Donia and Borhan, and regarding root-related parameters, cultivars Al-Biruni F1, Donia, Katrina and Ivor showed good performance against the nematode. Based on the nematode reproduction factors, cultivars Karim F1, Jiroft F1 and Ivor had the lowest number of nematode. Considering the resistance index, cultivar Karim F1 was evaluated as moderately susceptible, cultivars Jiroft F1 and Ivor as susceptible and the remaining cultivars were very susceptible. In cluster analysis of growth-related parameters, two separate groups were recognized. Cultivars Karim F1, Al-Biruni F1, Tunca and Borhan were classified in one group and five other in another group. Based on the results of cluster analysis of nematode-related parameters, maximum similarity was observed in a group composed of the cultivars Terminator, Ivor, Donia, Karim F1 and Jiroft F1.
