در چند سال اخير و با شدت يافتن تحريم‌هاي اقتصادي يك جانبه و غيرانساني غرب عليه جمهوري اسلامي ايران، مقام معظم رهبري بحث اقتصاد مقاومتي را مطرح ساخته و آن را يك روش مهم و مناسب در تغيير مسير حركت اقتصادي كشور براي غلبه بر اين فشارها عنوان كرده اند. اقتصاد مقاومتي، الگويي بومي براي حل مسايل اقتصادي كشور است كه بر اساس آن نظام اقتصادي كشور با هدف ايجاد ثبات، پايداري و آرامش در اقتصاد، اصلاح و متحول مي شود و اين مهم به وجود نمي آيد مگر با مديريت درست و كارآمد و همچنين بازنگري در ساختارهاي اقتصادي و مالي و مهم‌تر از همه نگاه آمايشي به محدوديت ها و ظرفيت هاي كشور، چه در عرصه داخلي و چه در عرصه بين المللي كه لازمه همه آن‌ها مديريت جهادي است. مديريت جهادي تامين كننده و لازمه اقتصاد مقاومتي بوده و در واقع مكمل آن مي‌باشد؛ و از آنجا كه تصميم گيري از مهم‌ترين مسايل در كليه فعاليت ها و اقدامات مديران بوده و تصميم گيري مناسب از علل موفقيت هر سازمان و نهادي مي باشد لذا شناخت الگويي كه مديران بتوانند بر پايه آن اقدام به تصميم گيري جهادي نمايند ضروري مي باشد. لذا اين پژوهش با اين هدف و با استفاده از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي به بررسي ادبيات موجود (اعم از مقالات و كتب علمي، سخنان مسيولان و انديشمندان كشور و ديدگاه‌هاي فعالين حوزه جهاد سازندگي در سال‌هاي ابتدايي و دوران دفاع مقدس) در اين حوزه پرداخته و بر مبناي آن اقدام به طراحي مدل الگوي تصميم‌گيري مديران جهادي در 35 شاخص و در 4 دسته كلي پيش فرض هاي تصميم‌گيري، اصول تصميم‌گيري، ويژگي‌هاي تصميم گيرنده و فرآيند تصميم گيري نموده است كه پيش‌فرض‌ها شامل توجه به منافع ملي، داشتن روحيه خدمتگذاري، تمركز بر كاهش هزينه ها، تمركز بر ويژگي ها و محروميت هاي منطقه، اعتمادبه‌نفس ملي، تمركز بر ماموريت‌ها و رسالت ها و تمركز بر نتايج و اصول تصميم گيري شامل حفظ كرامت انساني،

And since the decision of the most important issues in all activities and actions of managers and decide reasonable is cause the success of any organization or institution. therefore understanding pattern the that managers are able to based on the pattern take decision making jihadi is necessary. Therefore this studyʹs purpose and using qualitative content analysis of the existing literature(Including scientific articles and books, Statements of officials and scholars, Views of Construction Jihad Actors in the early years and the sacred defense period) in this the field studied and based on action to design pattern of decision making model management jihadi in 35 indicators and in 4 broad categories :defaults decision making, the principles of decision making, features decision makers and decision making process.
