تحليل رگرسيوني ارتباط ابعاد سلامت با التزام به باورهاي ديني در دانشجويان دانشگاه فرهنگيان

Regressional analyzing of connection between health aspects with requirement of religious believes among PYAM-NOUR University’s students

تحقيقات متعدد نشان داده اند كه معنويت و دينداري تاثير انكارناپذيري بر سلامت روان دارد. حتي در اين كه افراد به خاطر عوامل دروني يا بيروني مذهبي باشند، تفاوت هاي آشكاري در سلامت روان آنها ديده شده است. هدف: هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، تحليل رگرسيوني ارتباط ابعاد سلامت با التزام به باورهاي ديني در دانشجويان دانشگاه فرهنگيان خراسان رضوي بود كه به روش توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي اين رابطه تبيين شد. روش: جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل كليهي دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام 1390 بود كه از اين تعداد، 3600 نفر - نور اسفراين بود كه تعداد آن ها 5400 نفر در سال تحصيلي 91 مرد ( 67 %) و 1800 نفر زن ( 33 %) بودند. 315 نفر از دانشجويان به روش تصادفي طبقه اي به عنوان 0 و سلامت / نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده هاي لازم با استفاده از پرسشنامه هاي دينداري آرين با پايايي 73 0 به دست آمد. براي تجزي ه و تحليل داده ها از روش ها ي آمار / با پايايي 79 (GHQ- عمومي ( 28 توصيفي (ميانگين و انحراف معيار) و آمار استنباطي (رگرسيون چندگانه با رويه كلي ) استفاده شد . ؛p=0/ اضطراب و بي خوابي ( 001 ،(B= -0/20 ؛p=0/ يافته ها: نشان داد نشانه ها ي جسماني ( 001 رابطه منفي و معناداري با التزام به باورهاي (B= -0/14 ؛p=0/ و نارساكنش اجتماعي ( 007 (B= -0/21 ديني دارد. رابطه افسردگي و التزام به باورهاي ديني تاييد نشد. نتيج هگيري: سلامت عمومي و التزام به باورهاي ديني رابطه اي تنگاتنگ دارند. براي دستيابي به سلامت عمومي بهداشت ديني و التزام به آن ضروري است و اين دو در تعامل با هم هستند. بر اين اساس، پيشنهادهايي مبتني بر انجام پژوهش هاي مشابه در گروه هاي مختلف دانشجويي با روش هاي كيفي و تركيبي ارايه شد.

Problem statement: Many researches showed that spiritualisim and religious believes have undeniable effects on mental health. There are a significance differences among their mental health even though they are religious because of their inside or outside factors. Objectives of study: The objectives of doing this research was regressional analyzing of connection between health aspects with requirement of religious believes among KHORASAN RAZAVI farhangian University’s students. The researcher used a descriptive and corelational method. Procedure: Total statistic of this research contained all students of KHORASAN RAZAVI farhangian University’s students. The total number of students in 2011-2012 academic years in this university was 5400 students. There were 3600 male students (67%) and 1800 female students (33%). The researcher chose 315 students as a sample out of this amount randomly. The mentioning data of this study is based on ARIAN religious questionnaire with the index of 0/73% and general health (GHQ-28) with the index of 0/79 %. The researcher used descriptive method (average and standard deviation) and deductive statistic (multiple regressions with general view) for analyzing it. Findings:The researcher findings showed that physical health signs (B=-0/20, P=0/001), stress and insomnia (B=- 0/21, P=0/001) and unsociable actions (B=-0/14, P=0/007) has a meaningful and negative relationship with the requirement of religious believes. And it didn’t confirm the relation between depression and requirement of religious believes. Conclusion: General health and requirement of religious believes has close relationship. Requirement of religious believes is necessary to acquire general health and these two factors has inseparable association. Based on this study, the researcher gave suggestions based on doing similar projects with descriptive and experimental methods in different students groups.
