بررسي آثار محيط‌زيستي كارخانه ايران خودرو ديزل به روش تلفيقي Entropy و LINMAP

Study of Environmental Impacts of Iran Khodro Diesel Factory Using Combined Entropy and LINMAP Method

اين مطالعه به منظور تجزيه و تحليل آثار محيط‌زيستي كارخانه ايران خودرو ديزل واقع در شهرستان چهاردانگه صورت گرفته است. هدف از اين تحقيق، شناسايي، طبقه‌بندي و بررسي آثار محيط‌زيستي كارخانه ايران خودرو ديزل به دو روش Entropy و LINMAP است. ابتدا با توجه به بازديدهاي ميداني، مصاحبه با بوميان منطقه و مطالعه اطلاعات پايه، آثاري كه كارخانه بر سه محيط ايجاد مي‌كند، شناسايي شد. آثار محيط‌زيستي مربوط به آن مشخص و در مرحله بعدي براي تجزيه و تحليل و اولويت‌بندي آثار محيط‌زيستي شناسايي‌شده، از روش تصميم‌گيري چندشاخصه (MADM) استفاده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل و اولويت‌بندي سه محيط با استفاده از روش LINMAP، محيط فيزيكي و شيميايي با وزن 6/. در اولويت اول و پس از آن محيط بيولوژيك با وزن 38/0 در رتبه دوم و محيط اجتماعي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي با وزن 1/0 در رتبه آخر قرار گرفت. در مهم‌ترين راهكار در زمينه كاهش آثار شناسايي‌شده، ايجاد يك سيستم مديريت محيط‌زيستي مبتني بر توليد پاك شامل كاربرد مستمر راهبرد محيط‌زيستي فراگير پيشگيري در فرايندها، محصولات و خدمات به منظور افزايش كارايي و كاهش مخاطرات انساني و محيط‌زيستي است.

This study was aimed to analyze the environmental impacts of Iran Khodro Diesel factory located in the city of Chahardangeh. The purpose of this study was to identify, classify and study the environmental impacts of Iran Khodro Diesel factory with two Entropy and LINMAP methods, which are among the multi-criteria decision-making methods (MADM). Therefore, considering the field visits, interviews with the indigenous people of the region, and finally basic information on the region, the impacts of the factory on three environments were identified. Finally the related environmental impacts were identified and in the next step for Analyzing and prioritizing environmental impacts, multi criteria decision making (MADM) was used. For Analyzing and prioritizing the three environments fields by using LINMAP method, the first priority was Physical and chemical environment, weighting 0.6. The second rank was biological environment weighting 0.38 and the final ranking with the weight of 0.1 was for economical and cultural environment. Finally, this result was obtained that the most important solution to reduce the identified impacts is the creation of an environmental management system based on cleaner production, including the continued use of a comprehensive environmental strategy for the prevention of pollution in processes, products and services, in order to increase efficiency and reduce risks to humans and the environment.
