ارزيابي عملكرد پاركهاي شهري بر اساس نيازهاي اجتماعي (مطالعه موردي: پاركهاي منطقه اي شهر شيراز)

Operation evaluation of urban parks based on social needs (Case Study: Regional parks in the city of Shiraz)

هدف اين تحقيق بررسي و تحليل توزيع فضاي سبز مناطق شهر شيراز بر اساس ويژگي هاي اجتماعي و مكانيابي بهينه پاركهاي منطقه اي در سطح مناطق 9 گانه شيراز مي باشد. نوع تحقيق كاربردي و روش بررسي آن توصيفي- تحليلي است. جامعه آماري، جمعيت بالاي 11 سال شهر شيراز مي باشد. يافته هاي پژوهش بيانگر اين نتايج بود، كه تفاوت معناداري بين ويژگي هاي اجتماعي مناطق شهري شيراز و عملكرد پاركهاي شهري مي باشد. و همچنين بين متغير فضاهاي ورزشي پاركهاي منطقه اي و نياز گروه هاي سني بطور جداگانه رابطه معنا داري وجود دارد. بالاترين سرانه فضاي سبز شهري در منطقه 3 و كمترين حد سرانه مربوط به مناطق 4، 7 ، 8 و 9 مي باشد، اين در شرايطي مي باشد كه گسترش فيزيكي شهر بيشتر در اين مناطق مي باشد كه با توجه به افزايش جمعيت در اين مناطق، نياز به ايجاد فضاي سبز، در الگوي پارك هاي ناحيه اي و منطقه اي مي باشد. و اين بيانگر عدم دسترسي مناسب شهروندان به پاركهاي منطقه اي مي باشد. لذا مكانيابي بهينه پاركهاي منطقه اي با بكارگيري منطق فازي و مدل همپوشاني لايه ها در محيط GIS، عملكرد مفيد و كارآيي بيشتري را در پي خواهد داشت.

This study analyzes the distribution of city green space areas based on social characteristics and the optimal location of regional parks in the 9 regions of Shiraz. This research type is practical and its methods are descriptive - analytic. The statistical society is the population over 11 years old in the city of Shiraz. The research results shows that a significant difference between the social characteristics of Shiraz city and urban parks performance. Also there is significant relationship between the variable of parks sports spaces and the age groups requirement. The highest per capita of urban green space is in District 3 and the regions 4, 7, 8 and 9 have the lowest per capita of green space, while the physical city expansion is in these districts, that regarding to the population increasing in these districts, it is required to create green space in the pattern of regional and zonal parks. In addition to the unbalanced distribution of park space, the shortage of these levels is quite evident in the whole urban areas. Therefore, the optimal location of regional parks using fuzzy logic and layers overlapping model in the GIS, has good performance and greater efficiency
