شناسايي چالش هاي ورزش قهرماني ايران در رشته‌هاي پر مدال المپيكي

IdentificationofIran Athletics Challenges in Olympic Medalist Sports

هدف اين مطالعه، شناسايي و رتبه بندي مهم ترين چالش هاي ورزش قهرماني ايران در رشته هاي پر مدال المپيكي و تفاوت ديدگاه هادر اين زمينه بود. مطالعه حاضر، به روش آميخته اكتشافي و در دو فاز كيفي و كمي و به صورت پي در پي انجام شد: در مرحله اول، با روش نمونه گيري هدفمند به19متخصص حوزه ورزش قهرماني در ايران مراجعه و از طريق مصاحبه عميق به جمع آوري اطلاعات از آنها پرداخته شد. سپس داده هاي حاصل از بيست مصاحبه به روش رمز گذاري گزينشي تجزيه و تحليل گرديد. نتيجه-گروه بندي داده ها، ارايه سيزده عامل ساختاري اثر گذار زير بود: تجهيزاتوامكانات، استعداديابيواستعدادپروري، مديريتي، آموزشومربيان، آموزشوپرورش، رسانه، رويدادهايورزشي، اقتصادي، دانشگاهوتحقيقات، انگيزش، حمايتقانوني، فرهنگي، سياسي. در مرحله دوم، پرسشنامه اي براساس يافته هاي مرحله اول و ادبيات موضوع طراحي و پس از بررسي و تاييد ويژگي هاي روانسنجي آن بين 260 نفر شامل 151 نفر ورزشكار،36 نفرمربي، 38 نفرمدير و 35 نفرهييت علمي كه به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي تعيين شده بودند، توزيع و جمع آوري گرديد. سپس از آزمون واريانس يك طرفه و آزمون تعقيبي توكي و براي رتبه بندي نظرات از آزمون فريدمن استفاده گرديد. يافته ها نشان داد كه استعداد يابي و استعداد پروري، رسانه ها، اقتصاد، تجهيزات و امكانات، مهمترين چالش ها هستند. همچنين، تفاوت معني داري بين ديدگاه نخبگان در مولفه هاي استعداد يابي، رسانه ها، حمايت قانوني و آموزش و پرورش مشاهده گرديد. نقش استعداديابي و استعدادپروري، رسانه ها،مسايل اقتصادي و تجهيزات و امكانات در موفقيت رشته هاي ورزشي پر مدال در نتيجه اين تحقيق بارز گرديد. از اين رو، لازم است كه متوليان ورزش كشور نسبت به رفع چالش هاي معرفي شده در اين تحقيق اقدامنمايند تا شاهد شكوفايي رشته هاي پر مدال المپيكي در ايران باشيم.

Received:6Oct. 2014 Accepted:18Jan. 2015 The purpose of this research is to identify challenges in the fields of athletics andsports experts andsport elites opinions and priorities about Olympic Medalist Sports. This study used a combination of research methods (qualitative- descriptive) and semi-structured interviews as the methods of measurement. 19 expertsin the sports management (athletes, coaches and administrators)were interviewed onsurvey phase of the country and sports,. The relative number of the 700 people who were randomly selected 260 subjects. Semi-structured interviews were used to define the research instrument, a questionnaire of 87 questions to prioritize and compare the views of an elite athlete respectively. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. Also reliability using Cronbachʹs alpha (86/0 = ?) was confirmed in the interviews and analyzing the data to identify the components and challenges in the navigation through the views and opinions of coding and saturation using spss software. The descriptive statistics of tables, relative frequency, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistical methods for prioritization and the Friedman ANOVA and Scheffe post hoc test were used for comparison of elite opinion.The results of the first study showed the challenge for the championship in the sport in Olympic medalistsports as: facilities, talent, management, training and mentoring, education, mass media, sports, business, academia and research, motivation, support legal, cultural and political.Challenges can be investigated and 87 were identified in these areas. The results of the study showed the role of talent-finding and nurturing talent, media, economy and the challenges of sports equipment Olympic medalist sports champion from the sports elite point of view. According to the elite sports talent in the state,component of challengesin Olympicmedalist sports athletics are the media, education, legal protection, although no significant difference was observed.
