چكيده فارسي :
در اين مقاله، رويكردي جديد براي حل مسيله اختصاص ناوگان در شبكه حمل ونقل اتوبوسي تندرو، BRT، در نظر گرفته شده است و حل اين مسيله به صورت هم‌زمان با زمان‌بندي ناوگان اختصاص يافته به خطوط صورت مي‌گيرد. يعني برنامه عملكردي سامانه به صورت هم‌زمان و يكجا ارايه مي شود. زمان‌بندي وسايل نقليه در هر خط با توجه به زمان انتظار مسافران در ايستگاه ها صورت مي گيرد و به تبع آن الگوي حركت وسايل نقليه اختصاص يافته به خطوط در ايستگاه اول هر خط ارايه مي شود. در طراحي مدل سعي بر آن بوده كه امكان توسعه آن وجود داشته باشد و بتوان از آن براي كاربرد در مقياس جهاني استفاده كرد. مدل مورد نظر براي شبكه BRT تهران دريافت شد و به وسيله‌ي الگوريتم حل ابتكاري و استفاده از نرم‌افزار Lingo و با توجه به اطلاعات گرفته شده از معاونت حمل ونقل و ترافيك شهرداري تهران حل شد و نتايج آن مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. از نتايج مهمي كه از اين پژوهش گرفته شد مي توان به لزوم استفاده از اتوبوس‌هاي با ظرفيت بيشتر در خطوط BRT اشاره كرد. چنانچه مشاهده شد، استفاده از اين اتوبوس ها نقش زيادي در كاهش چشم‌گير زمان انتظار مسافران كه در اين مقاله به عنوان تابع هدف مد نظر است، دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
In this dissertation, has been tried to find a new solution for fleet assignment to BRT network through scheduling assigned fleet to routes. Vehicle scheduling in each route is done with regard to passenger waiting time at stations and in consequence assigned vehicle dispatching model is related to the first station at each route. In designing the model, it has been tried to develop it in a way that it can be extended and be useful on a worldwide scale. The proposed model for Tehran BRT network has been developed by lingo software with data acquired from the Tehran municipality transportation department and the results analyzed. One of the important finding in this research is that a necessity of using buses with high capacity in BRT systems and effect of them in passenger waiting time reduction. A standard definition for public transport is that, it is a system in which a vehicle travels at certain time intervals between stations in a route with defined starting and ending points for transferring people from a place to place. In today societies, there is an expectation that the transfer of goods and people should take place easily. Inefficiencies in urban transportation systems is regard as an obstacle to a countryʹs progress. One of the solutions to solve this problem is to expand and strengthen urban public transport systems namely BRT. In modern cities, public transport is an important means for moving people, goods and services. BRT systems are regard as one of the most economical method in public transport systems that are capable of forming a network with high speed and quality in moving people from a place to place.
