تفكر پيرامون نسبت زبان و انديشه، رابطه‌اي است كه در فرايند تاريخي معكوس شده است؛ يعني اگر در دوران قديم، زبان ابزاري براي بيان انديشه و فهم آدمي بود، در دوران جديد زبان نه‌تنها ابزار انديشه نيست، بلكه اين انديشه است كه محصول زبان و موقعيت نشانه‌اي زبان است. اين مقاله از منظر نسبت زبان و انديشه يا زبان و جهان به «نظام سياسي» پرداخته است و مفهوم نظام سياسي را مدلول زباني قرار داده كه جامعه در پي يافتن آن است، بدين صورت كه نسبت زبان و جهان را متناظر نسبت زبان در هر يك از نظريه‌هاي سه‌گانه (نشانگي، تصويري و كاربردي) با نظام سياسي جستجو كرده است؛ يعني نظام سياسي آن چيزي است كه از طريق زبان يا نشانه‌هاي زباني سيماي خود را نمايش خواهد داد و افراد جامعه از اين طريق در پي دست يافتن به آن هستند. چه بسا حكمي كه بين زبان و جهان در هر كدام از نظريه هاي سه‌گانه روا باشد و بتوان بر محدوده مفهومي نظام سياسي تعميم داد. اگر نظام سياسي در رويكرد نشانگي خود را با جهان ماورا تنظيم كرده و درپي وحدت با آن امر و معناي مطلق و ثابت است، ولي طبق نظريه تصويري، ديگر خبري از جهان ماورا نيست، اما همان كمال‌بيني و منطبق بودن با امر واقع در آن وجود دارد و مي‌توان به يك نظام سياسي دست يافت كه طبيعي، جهانشمول و مطابق واقع بوده و هيچ نقضي نداشته باشد. در نظام كاربردي از آنجا كه معنا در فرآيند كاربرد برساخته مي‌شود، در نتيجه معنا در همه جا و هميشه يكسان نخواهد بود و چنين وضعيتي، فضا را براي ممكن و محتمل بودن معاني متعدد، همواره باز نگه مي‌دارد. اين نگاه سبب مي‌شود بتوان نظام سياسي‌اي طرح و تدوين كرد كه ناشي از توافق عمومي و عملي جامعه باشد. افراد جامعه‌اي كه در فرآيند زندگي اجتماعي و بسته به نيازها و ضرورت‌ها، قواعد نظام سياسي را تغيير داده و زندگي خود را سامان مي‌دهند.

Reflection around the relationship between language and thought is the relationship reflected in the historical process: it means that if in the previous times, language was a means of statement of thought, in the new time, language not only is not considered the means of thought but this is thought which is considered as the product of language and the symbolic status of it. In this article, it has been investigated the issue of “political system” in view of the relationship between language and thought or the language and world. At this point, the concept of political system is considered as a lingual signified being searched by the society and the relationship of language and world has been investigated related to the relationship of language in each of the triple theories – symbolic, pictorial, and applied- with the political system. It means that the political system is the issue that will be manifested via language or the lingual signs and the community members are to achieve it in this fashion. It is possible to generalize a decree between language and world in each of the triple theories in the conceptual limit of political system. If the political system in the symbolic approach has set itself with metaphysics and seeks towards unity with that issue as well as the absolute and fix meaning, however according to the pictorial theory, it is not mentioned metaphysics, and there exists in it the issue of perfectionism and accordance with reality. It is possible to achieve a political system which is described as natural, universal, perfect and in accordance with reality. In the applied system, the meaning is developed in the process of function, so the meaning is not the same every where and every time and this status constantly keeps the atmosphere open towards the probability of diverse meanings. This view leads to the planning and compiling of a political system as a result of public and applied agreement of community members changing the rules of political system and promotes their life reliant on their needs and necessities.
