A Review of the Story of Adam’sCreationin the Qurʹʹanand the Torah With an Emphasis on Storytelling Styles

قرآن كتاب هدايت بشر در تمام اعصار است و بدين منظور از شيوه هاي متفاوت بياني بهره گرفته است. در قرآن كريم نيز خداوند متعال به منظور تسريع در فهم و آسان سازي مطالب و تنزّل مفاهيم عميق معنوي ،در روح و جان آدمي، از قالب قصه و در قصص از سبكهاي مختلف بياني بهره برده است كه بخش قابل توجهي از آيات را به خود اختصاص داده است.داستان خلقت از جمله حكايتهاي مطرح شده در قرآن و تورات ميباشد كه در اين مجال به بررسي شيوه هاي انتقال مفاهيم اخلاقي و معرفتي در اين قصه ميپردازيم.

The Qurʹanis a book of guidance for manin all eras and it has made use of various modes of discourse for this purpose. In the Holy Qurʹan, God, the Most High, uses the narrative modeand, within the narrations or stories, He employs various styles of expressionto expedite and facilitate the understanding of the content and make the deep spiritual concepts descendinto the spirit and the soul of man. This style has been utilized in a considerable portion of the Quranicverses. The story of creation is among the narrations of the Qurʹanand the Torah. In the present paper, the techniques utilized to convey the moral and epistemic concepts in this story are explored.
