الگوي اثر بخش توسعه فناوري در سازمان هاي پژوهش و فناوري

Modeling the roale of coordination centers of science and industry in the development of university-industry relations using a system dynamics approach

سازمان‌هاي پژوهش و فناوري رسالت توسعه فناوري و تمهيد تجاري سازي آن به منظور ارتقا و پشتيباني از توانمندي‌هاي فناورانه و نوآورانه صنايع مربوطه و مرتبط را برعهده دارند. پيچيدگي و ماهيت خاص فرايند توسعه فناوري در سازمان‌هاي پژوهش و فناوري به منظور پاسخ اثربخش به نياز صنعت، نيازمند طراحي يك فرآيند توسعه و تجاري سازي فناوري است كه الزامات مختلف براي پاسخگويي به چالش‌ها و مشكلات متعدد موجود در اين مسير را داشته و منجر به يكپارچگي و تطابق بين نوع و زمان نيازهاي فناورانه صنعت و فرايند توسعه و تجاري سازي فناوري در سازمان‌هاي پژوهش و فناوري گردد. به منظور پاسخگويي به اين چالش‌ در اين مقاله تلاش شده است يك الگوي تعديل شده براي توسعه و تجاري سازي فناوري در سازمان‌هاي پژوهش و فناوري ارايه گردد. اين مدل براساس تعديل ادبيات موجود با استفاده از مطالعه موردي (چند موردي) فرايند توسعه و تجاري سازي فناوري در نمونه‌هاي موفق با استفاده از تحليل كيفي بدست آمده است. پس از تبيين مدل در نهايت به جمع‌بندي با اشاراتي تحليلي از مدل پرداخته مي‌شود.

Research and Technology Organizations (RTOs) according to their mission are responsible for technology development and facilitating its commercialization in order to enhance and support the technological and innovative capabilities of relevant and related industries. The complexity and specific nature of the technology development process in RTOs in order to effective respond to the needs of industry require to designed a technology development and commercialization process which encompasses different requirements to meet the numerous challenges and problems in this direction and lead to matching between type and time of technological demands of industry and technology development and commercialization process of RTOs. In order to respond to these challenges, this paper attempt to present a modified model for the technology development and commercialization in RTOs. This model is adjusted based on the existing literature using the case study (multiple) of technology development and commercialization process in best practices by using qualitative analysis. After explaining the model, finally concluded with the analytical implication of the model.
