The Role of Policewomen in Fighting with Drugs Use among Women and Children

چكيده اعتياد به مواد مخدر يكي از مسايل مهم جهاني است كه گريبانگير كشورمان هم شده است. اگر چه اعتياد در هر قشري از اعضاي جامعه ناگوار است، اما اعتياد زنان به‌دليل نقش مادري و همسري آنان و تاثير آنها در بقا و دوام خانواده و همچنين آسيب‌هاي ناشي از اعتياد اين قشر، ناگوارتر و تاثيرات منفي آن شديدتر است. از اين رو توجه به اين معضل اجتماعي و تلاش براي پيشگيري از اعتياد زنان و همچنين مقابله با عوامل تاثيرگذار بر آن يكي از وظايف مهم نظام است. نيروي انتظامي و بويژه زنان پليس هم به عنوان تامين كنندگان امنيت زنان و كودكان در اين زمينه وظايفي دارند و از آنان انتظاراتي وجود دارد كه بايد به آن عمل كنند. مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش پليس زن در مبارزه با مواد مخدر در بين زنان و كودكان و براي پاسخگويي به اين سوال اصلي است كه پليس زن چه نقشي در زمينه مبارزه با مواد مخدر در بين زنان و كودكان مي‌تواند ايفا نمايد؟ اين مقاله به فراتحليل 67 مقاله مرتبط با اين پرسش كه حاصل همايش ملي پليس زن و مقابله با مواد مخدر بوده‌اند، پرداخته است. بررسي پيشنهادهاي مقاله‌هاي مورد تحليل نشان داد كه زنان پليس در زمينه آگاه‌سازي، اطلاع‌رساني، ارايه مشاوره انتظامي به زنان و جوانان در معرض خطر و آموزش خانواده‌ها در پيشگيري از مصرف مواد مخدر مي‌توانند ايفاي نقش كنند. همچنين كنترل قاچاق مواد مخدر بوسيله زنان مجرم در مبادي ورودي و خروجي كشور، با استفاده از سيستم‌هاي پيشرفته و مبارزه با باندهاي ترويج مواد به ويژه در مكان‌هاي زنانه، از جمله اقدامات انتظامي پليس زن در اين زمينه بوده‌اند. اقداماتي چون مديريت سازمان‌هاي مرتبط با زنان در جهت حمايت از خانواده‌هاي آسيب ديده از مواد مخدر و پيشگيري از آسيب‌هاي بيشتر آنان ازديگر نتايج تحقيق بوده‌اند.

Abstract Drug addiction is one of the important world issues that is affecting on our country. Although drug addiction is undesirable for every of members of society, but women addiction because of their maternal and wifely role and its impact on the survival of the family and also the damages caused by their addiction is worse and its negative effects are more severe. Thus, paying attention to this social problem and trying to prevent women addiction and also facing with effective factors on it, is one of the important tasks of the government. The police force and especially police women as security providers of women and children have duties in this regard and they are expected to act. This paper aims to investigate the police woman’s role in fighting with drug addiction among women and children. This study has analyzed 67 articles related to this question: what is the police woman’s role in fighting with drug addiction among women and children? Reviewing the recommendations of these articles showed that police women can play role in the field of awareness, informing, providing advice to women and youths exposed to risk and training families in preventing drug use. Also, control of drug smuggling by women offenders in the entry and exit of the country by using advanced systems and fighting with drug gangs, especially in places allocated to women, have been such measurements by police women in this area. Measurements such as managing organizations related to women in order to support the families affected by drugs and preventing of more dameges, are other results of this study.
