The Effects of Relationship Enhancement on the Couple Burnout Decline of Parents with Visually Impaired Children

ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﻫﺪﻑ ﺍﻳﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ، ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ تاثير غنی‌سازی ارتباط ﺑﺮ كاهش دلزدگی ﺯﻧﺎﺷﻮﻳﻲ والدين كودكان آسيب‌ديده بينايی ﺑﻮﺩ.  ﺭﻭﺵ: روش ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ آزمايشی با طرح پيش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﻛﻨﺘﺮﻝ بود. 12 ﺯﻭﺝ ﺍﺯ والدين كودكان آسيب‌ديده بينايی كه فرزندشان در سال تحصيلی 94 – 1393 مشغول به تحصيل بودند ﺩﺭ 2 ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﺁﺯﻣﺎﻳﺶ (6 زوج) ﻭ ﮔﻮﺍﻩ (6 زوج) به‌طور ﺗﺼﺎﺩﻓﻲ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ غنی‌سازی ﺭﻭﺍﺑﻂ ﺑﻮﺩ ﮐﻪ ﺩﺭ 8 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﺭﻭﻱ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﺁﺯﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﺷﺪ؛ ﺩﺭ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﮔﻮﺍﻩ ﻫﻴﭻ مداخله‌ای ﺻﻮﺭﺕ ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ. ﺍﺑﺰﺍﺭ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ دلزدگی پاينز (CBM) ﺑﻮﺩ. ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺩﺍﺩﻩﻫﺎ ﺍﺯ آزمون ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﮐﻮﻭﺍﺭﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺷﺪ.  يافته‌ها: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ آﻣﻮزش غنی‌سازی ارتباط به‌طور ﻣﻌﻨـﺎداری ﺑـﺮ دﻟﺰدﮔـﯽ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ و مولفه‌های آن در والدين ﮐﻮدﮐﺎن آسيب‌ديده بينايی ﻣوﺛﺮ ﺑﻮده و والدين در ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری را در دﻟﺰدﮔﯽ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ.  نتيجه‌گيری: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ يافته‌های اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، می‌توان روش مداخله‌ای غنی‌سازی ارتباط را به‌عنوان ﯾﮏ روش موثر در ﮐﺎﻫﺶ دﻟﺰدﮔﯽ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ والدين دارای كودك آسيب ديده بينايی و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺧـﺎﻧﻮاده به‌عنوان ﯾﮏ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ، ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد داد.

Introduction: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship enhancement on the couple burnout decline of parents with visually impaired children. Method: This study is an experimental research with pre and post-test design and with control group. 12 couples with visually impaired children participate in this study  (2014-2015). The relationship enhancement independent variable was studied on the experimental group without any control group interference in 8 sessions. The Pines couple burnout questionnaire (CBM) was used as an instrument. Data were analyzed by using SPSS22. Results: The results show that the relationship enhancement training and its variables have a meaningful effect on couple burnout of parents with visually impaired children. Conclusion: Based on the finding, the relationship enhancement training is suggested as an effective way for couple burnout decline in families with visually impaired children and increases the family health level.
