امكان سنجي توسعه اجتماعي و فرهنگي شهر تهران با تاكيد بر سيستم هاي تصميم گيري چند شاخصه؛ مطالعه موردي: منطقه 20 تهران

Social and cultural development feasibility of Tehran With an emphasis on multi-criteria decision systems

فرهنگ، شهر و محله سه پديده مكمل هستند. به عبارت ديگر هر سه پديده هاي انساني را تكميل مي كنند. شهر و محله صورت است و فرهنگ محتواي آن است. يكي جنبه خارجي و ديگري جنبه داخلي آن است. محله يكي از عناصر اساسي شناخت فضاهاي شهري مثل آثار و ابنيه، سينما ها، مساجد و مدارس است. هدف اين مقاله ارزيابي شاخص هاي توسعه فرهنگي - اجتماعي و نشان دادن سطوح توسعه محلات از نظر بهره مندي فضا ها و امكانات است. آمار مورد استفاده در اين تحقيق از سازمان شهرداري هاي استان تهران و سالنامه هاي آماري در سال 1390 اخذ شده است. نوع تحقيق كاربردي و روش تحليل مقايسه اي و مدل مورد استفاده مدل الكترا مي باشد. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه بين محلات منطقه 20 شهرداري تهران، از نظر بهره مندي از فضاها و امكانات فرهنگي تفاوت فاحشي وجود دارد. در اين بين محله ديلمان نسبت به ساير محلات از توسعه فرهنگي و اجتماعي بيشتري نسبت به بقيه برخوردار مي باشد.

The type r is functional and comparative analysis method and model used to model Electre. The results of the research show that between 20 area neighborhoods of Tehran municipality, in terms of benefit from cultural spaces and facilities there is a huge difference. In this area of development than other localities dolman social and cultural more than the rest.
