Social Non-Movements, the Sociological Model to Explain the Political and Social Upheavals in Egypt

تحولات سياسي و اجتماعي اخير خاورميانه، به‌ويژه جامعه مصر به دليل ظرفيت بالاي پژوهشي و نظري آن از جذابيت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است. در رويدادهاي سال 2011 مصر، انسداد سياسي موجود در اين كشور باعث شد تا نيروهاي مخالف دولت از ميان اشكال مختلف اعتراض اجتماعي، نوعي از مبارزه را در پيش گيرند كه در برابر سركوب دولت آسيب‌پذيري كمتري داشته باشد. آصف بيات اين نوع كنش ورزي و اعتراض را «غيرجنبش هاي اجتماعي» مي نامد، رويكردي كه عمدتاً متاثر از ديدگاه‌هاي مدرنيست هاي متاخر، پساساختارگراياني مانند فوكو و نظريه پردازان جنبش هاي جديد اجتماعي است. نكته حايز اهميت در بحث غير جنبش ها اين است كه با ارايه چهارچوب جديدي از كنش ورزي اجتماعي، اپوزيسيون مصر را در برابر قدرت دولت مقاوم ساخته، با ويژگي هايي كه به چهارچوب و نوع مبارزات نيروهاي اجتماعي و سياسي مصر بخشيد، دولت مصر را در سركوب مخالفان خود ناتوان كرد؛ بنابراين،‌ پرسش اصلي پژوهش اين است كه غيرجنبش هاي اجتماعي چيست و چه نقش و جايگاهي در مبارزات و عملكرد اپوزيسيون مصر در رويارويي و مبارزه با حكومت خودكامه حسني مبارك داشت؟ در پاسخ به اين پرسش، تلاش مي گردد با بسط نظريه آصف بيات، جايگاه و نقش «غير جنبش اجتماعي» به‌مثابه «سياست حضور» را در تحولات سياسي- اجتماعي منتهي به انقلاب 2011 مصر تبيين گردد.

The Recent political and social changes in the Middle East, and especially the Egyptian society, due to their high capacity and theoretical research, have a lot of interest. Since the Egyptian society was faced with political obstruction, inevitably pursue a sort of struggle against state repression, which have less vulnerable. The present study, using the model and theory of social non-movements that is provided by Asef Bayat in order to analysis of recent social and political developments in Egypt. This article, sought to determine the role of social non-movements in political and social developments of Egypt, is prior to the Revolution of 2011. Purpose of determining the role of non-movement, to examine the impact that social forces in Egypt have accepted apart from the pattern of social non-movements in their struggle against authoritarian rule in Egypt. Non-movements with providing a new framework for secure, were resistant Egyptian opposition against the state power. The important of non-movements at this point, the with features that added to framework and type campaigns social and political forces in Egypt, were unable the Egyptian governmentʹs crackdown on his opponents. Therefore, the main aim of article is to answering the question: what was the role of social non- movements in 2011 revolutionary developments?
