مقايسه تركيبات اسانس سرشاخه و مخروط گياه پيرو (Juniperus communis) در مراتع ييلاقي هزارجريب بهشهر

Comparison of compounds of top branches and cone essences of Juniperus communis in the mountainous rangelands of Hezar-jerib, Behshahr

اسانس ها گروهي از مواد موثره موجود در گياهان مي‌باشند كه از نظر تركيب شيميايي همگن نبوده و به صورت تركيبات مختلفي مشاهده مي شوند. پيرو (Juniperus communis) گياهي است هميشه سبز و حاوي اسانس كه از مهمترين گياهان رويشگاه هاي كوهستاني ايران به شمار مي رود .در اين تحقيق به بررسي اسانس اين گياه در مراتع ييلاقي هزارجريب بهشهر پرداخته شد. ابتدا از پايه هاي مورد نظر، سرشاخه و مخروط گياه جمع آوري گشت. سپس نمونه ها در هواي آزاد در سايه خشك شدند. اسانس بخش‌هاي مورد نظر به روش تقطير با آب توسط دستگاه كلونجر جمع آوري وجهت شناسايي تركيبات اسانس از دستگاه GC/MS استفاده شد. بر اساس نتايج حاصله 66 تركيب در اسانس سرشاخه و 60 تركيب در اسانس مخروط وجود داشت كه اسانس سرشاخه و مخروط از نظر مقدار تركيبات Pinene، Limonene، Citronellol، Undecanone، B-Bourbonene، ?-Elemene، Germacrene D ، GermacreneD.4.ol، ?-Bisabolol، Alloaromadendrene oxide، Farnesol، Cinnamaldehyd، Cryptopinon، Alloaromadendrene و Phthalic acid داراي اختلاف معني‌دار بودند. همچنين برخي تركيبات اسانس منحصرا در سرشاخه يا مخروط مشاهده شدند.

Essences are a group of active substances in plants which are not homogeneous in terms of chemical composition and are seen with a variety of components. Juniperus communis is a type of plant that is always green and belongs to Cupressaceae and is one of the most important plants in the mountainous habitats of Iran. The present research studied the essences of cone of the plant in summer meadows of Hezar Jarib in Behshahr. Firstly, top branches and cones were collected from the desired bases. Afterwards, the collected samples were dried in the open air under the shade. The essences of the plants were obtained using water distillation by the Clevenger and the components of the essence were identified using GC/MS apparatus. Findings suggest that there were 66 components in the essence of top branches and 60 components in the essence of cone. They were significant different in terms of the amount of Pinene, Limonene, Citronellol, Undecanone, B-Bourbonene, ?-Elemene, Germacrene D, GermacreneD.4.ol, ?-Bisabolol, Alloaromadendrene oxide, Farnesol, Cinnamaldehyd, Cryptopinon, Alloaromadendrene, and Phthalic acid.
