درك معناي زنان منطقه عسلويه از مسيوليت اجتماعي شركت‌ها (مطالعه مردم‌نگارانه)

Meaning reconstruction of mentality among women living in the the surrounding of the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone Company from Corporate Social Responsibility

منطقه عسلويه يا پارس جنوبي يكي از مناطق پرترافيك‏ و صنعتي‏ خاورميانه است كه تاثير عميقي بر زندگي مردم بومي مجاور منطقه و به‏طور مشخص، بر زندگي زنان ساكن آنجا گذاشته است. از آنجا كه شركت‏هاي پتروشيمي زيادي در منطقه مشغول به كارند، مطرح‌كردن بحث مسيوليت اجتماعي شركت‏ها مي‌تواند نقش مثبتي بر وضعيت زندگي مردم داشته باشد و از اين لحاظ حايز اهميت است. بدين منظور پژوهش حاضر درصدد است با رويكرد تفسيرگرايي انتقادي، درك معنايي زنان ساكن در مجاورت منطقه گازي پارس جنوبي عسلويه را از مسيوليت اجتماعي شركت‏ها در برابر ذي‌نفعان بررسي كند. براي انجام‌دادن اين پژوهش، از روش‏شناسي كيفي و از روش مردم‏نگاري انتقادي و تكنيك مصاحبه نيمه‏ساختاريافته با مشاهده استفاده شده است. بدين منظور با در نظر گرفتن تركيب سن، شغل، وضعيت تاهل و عنصر بومي‌بودن با 15 زن ساكن مناطق اطراف منطقه انرژي پارس، كه به شيو‌ نمونه‌گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند، مصاحبه شد. از داده‏هاي حاصل از مصاحبه‏ها، چهار مقوله آسيب‏هاي اجتماعي، توانمندسازي زنان، سلامت و محيط ‏زيست و توسعه و رفاه اجتماعي استخراج و تحليل شد و سپس طرح‌واره نظري ارايه شد. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي‏دهد كه زنان مجاور اين منطقه از رونق اقتصادي و برخي موقعيت‏هاي پيش‏آمده براي توانمندسازي زنان، ارزيابي مثبتي داشته‏اند؛ اما عملكرد شركت‏ها درخصوص مسيوليت اجتماعي شركتي‌شان را منفي ارزيابي كرده‏اند. آن‌ها معتقد بودند كه با توجه به تاثير مستقيم شركت‌ها بر زندگي‌شان، شركت‏ها بايد دربرابر پيامدهاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي و اقتصادي ناشي از حضورشان در منطقه احساس مسيوليت كنند و برنامه‌هاي مداخله‌‌اي و اصلاحي و كارشناسي‌شده داشته باشند.

Industrialization and economic development is an important factor in the change and development. In addition, changes the appearance of the building, there is large cultural and social consequences. This research want study meaning reconstruction of mentality among women living in the the surrounding of the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone Company CRS. During the past few years, Assaluyeh has become a village to one of the most industrialized areas of the Middle East. These changes have had impact on the lives of local people who live near the industrial area and in specific the affected on the lives of women living there. Where companies have also raised the issue of their social responsibility and in Assaluyeh have been neglected it. CRS for people and the region will have positive consequences. Indigenous peopleʹs awareness of corporate social responsibility were important to follow civil demands. The purpose of this research is the study Meaning reconstruction of mentality peoples and especially women from CRS is to the stakeholders. For this study used the methodology of qualitative and ethnographic methods, open interview techniques viewing. Derived from data obtained from interviews, 4 issue of social pathology, womenʹs empowerment, health, environment, development and social welfare. The results of this study show that women have a positive assessment of the economic boom around the area and some ongoing opportunities for womenʹs empowerment. But they have to assess corporate performance on social responsibility and cultural negative. In general, we can say that silent sociology, companies have not paid attention to the cultural and social consequences are probably industrialization .The consequences resulting from the performance of companies and they should take responsibility for the operation. CSR needs to be redefined so sociological and sociologists should intervene in the field of CRS.
