تحليلي كيفي از جرايم خشن زنان: زمينه‌ها و انگيزه‌ها

Qualitative analysis of violent crimes committed by Women: Contexts and motivations

در‌حالي‌كه خشونت مردان در متن زندگي اجتماعي آن‌ها بررسي مي‌شود، خشونت زنان، بدون در نظر گرفتن تاثير عوامل اجتماعي، به عوامل فردي‌اي چون استرس‌هاي رواني، پرخاشگري يا عصبانيت‌هاي زنانه نسبت داده مي‌شود. برخلاف اين‌گونه تفسيرهاي رايج و متعارف، كه سعي مي‌كند خشونت زنان را در قالب تفاسير فردي و كليشه‌اي قرار دهد، در اين مقاله، خشونت زنان در ارتباط با تجربيات زندگي آن‌ها توضيح داده مي‌شود. مطالعه حاضر، كه از نوع مطالعات كيفي است، با انجام‌دادن مصاحبه‌هاي عميق با 30 زن، كه به علت ارتكاب جرايم خشن در زمان اجراي مصاحبه‌ها (سال‌هاي 1391 تا 1393) در زندان بوده‌اند، به اين مطلب دست يافت كه خشونت زنان عمدتاً مواجهه‌اي است و تفسير جرايم خشن زنان بدون توجه به نابرابري‌هاي ساختاري، نابرابري‌هاي جنسيتي، انزوا و بي‌قدرتي آن‌ها ممكن نيست. روايت زندگي زنان مصاحبه‌شده نشان مي‌دهد كه خشونت زنان انعكاس‌دهنده سبك زندگي آن‌هاست كه با محروميت‌ها و تبعيض‌هاي فردي، خانوادگي و اجتماعي در‌هم تنيده است و به عبارت ديگر، رفتارهاي خشن زنان نوعي مقابله با شرايطي است كه دايماً آن‌ها را در موضع قرباني‌شدن قرار داده است. پيشينه و نحوه زندگي زنان مطالعه‌شده نشان مي‌دهد كه بسياري از آن‌ها در دوران كودكي خشونت‌هاي فيزيكي، عاطفي، رواني و جنسي را تجربه كرده‌اند يا با ازدواج‌هاي اجباري و زودرس دايماً تحت يك نوع رابطه اجباري و سلطه‌جويانه درآمده‌اند كه در‌واقع منعكس‌كننده تعاريف فرهنگي از نقش مردان است.

While men violence is assessed within their social life, the women violence is attributed to personal factors, such as mental stress, aggression and or womanish nervousness, regardless of social factors. Unlike such a common interpretation that tries violence of women to put the interpretations of stereotypes and individual, in this article, the violence of women will be explained associated with the life experiences. The present study is of a qualitative study conducted by in-depth interviews with 30 women who have been in prison for committing violent crimes at the time of the interviews (between 2012 to 2014), it can found that women are mainly exposed to violence, the interpretation of violent crimes of women is not possible regardless of structural inequalities, gender inequalities, marginalization and powerlessness. The story of the women interviewed shows that women violence reflects their lifestyle which is intertwined by the exclusions and discrimination of individual, family and community; and in other words the women violence can be taken into consideration of a kind of opposition against the conditions that constantly get them to be victim position. Backgrounds and lifestyles of the women under study show that in childhood, many experienced physical, emotional, mental violence and sexual abuse or early and because of getting a forced and early marriage, they are constantly put under a mandatory and aggressive relationship which in fact reflects the cultural definitions of the role of men.
