دسترسي زنان به فضاهاي شهري (مطالعه موردي: زنان شهر ايلام)

گسترش شهرها در دوران معاصر، همراه با پيچيدگي‌هاي خاص خود از يك‌سو و طرح موضوع فضاها يا قلمروهاي عمومي، امكان و كيفيت حضور و بهره‏برداري از اين فضاهاي شهري از سوي ديگر، سبب شد تا موضوع زنان و شهر در ادبيات جامعه‏شناسي‏شهري وارد شود. اين پژوهش سعي در واكاوي تجربه و درك زنان از حضور در و دسترسي به فضاهاي شهري طراحي‌شده در شهر ايلام دارد. بدين منظور و با استفاده از روش كيفي با 15 زن ايلامي مصاحبه عميق نيمه‏ساختاريافته انجام و ديدگاه زنان در‌خصوص دسترسي به فضاهاي شهري بررسي شده است. نتايج نشان مي‏دهد كه بدن زنانه يكي از عوامل مهم ايجاد محدوديت است. ترس از تعرض و تجاوز، زنان را از فضاهاي شهري دور نگه مي‏دارد. طراحيِ محيطيِ شهر كه براي زنان داراي فرزند و زنان خانه‏دار و همين‏طور فيزيولوژي خاص زنان جايي در نظر نگرفته است، در ‏دسترسي‌نداشتن زنان به اين فضاها نقش مهمي دارد. از طرف ديگر، بايد به مولفه‏هاي فرهنگي و اجتماعي حاكم بر شهر اشاره كرد كه حضور زنان را به شرايطي منوط مي‏داند كه اين شرايط برساخته اجتماع است و عموماً فضاها را به تملك مردان درمي‏آورد يا به نوعي زنان را براي حضور در فضاها به همسران و كودكان خود وابسته مي‏كند.

Expansion of cities in modern times with special complexity in one hand, and the issue of public areas and spaces, and possibility and quality of presence of women of this spaces in other hand, led to that the issue of women and cities enter in urban sociology. Feminist scholars believe that the city is made up by men, and women have little or no role in the design and handle it. In the possession Urban areas, men and women are unequal. And the constant struggle to reclaim their right of space, women are forced to negotiate in various forms. There are many restrictions for women in using of public spaces. This study try to explore the experience and perceptions of womenʹs participation in and access to urban spaces designed. So, The method of research is qualitative method and with 20 women from Ilam semi-structured interviews have been done. The results show that feminine body us one of the most important factors of limiting, and fear of aggression and rape keeps women from urban areas. Designed environment that not considered to women with chidren and housewives, as well as, the special physiology of women, has important role in this limiting. On the other hand, social and cultural factors in city are very important that participation of women is subject to the social constructed conditions and this conditions make women dependent to their husbands or children or other family member.
