بررسي تاثير پارامترهاي مختلف بر توزيع تنش چندلايه هاي متقارن حاوي گشودگي مثلثي

A Study of the Effect of Various Parameters on the Stress Distribution in Symmetric Laminates with a Triangular Hole

در اين مقاله، براي بررسي تمركز تنش صفحات چندلايه كامپوزيتي متقارن داراي گشودگي مثلثي از روش متغير مختلط لخنيتسكي استفاده شده است. روش ارايه شده، توسط لخنيتسكي به حل صفحات ناهمسانگرد حاوي گشودگي دايره اي و بيضي شكل محدود مي شود. براي استفاده از اين روش در تحليل صفحات داراي گشودگي مثلثي، با استفاده از تابع نگاشت هم نوا، ناحيه خارج گشودگي مثلثي به محدوه خارج دايره اي به شعاع واحد نگاشته مي شود. تاثير زاويه چرخش گشودگي، چيدمان لايه ها، كشيدگي گشودگي، شعاع انحناي گوشه گشودگي و زاويه بار بر توزيع تنش اطراف گشودگي مثلثي بررسي مي شود. در مواردي، به منظور بررسي درستي روش حل تحليلي، نتايج حاصل از روش تحليلي با نتايج اجزاي محدود مقايسه مي شود. نتايج ارايه شده در اين تحقيق، نشان مي دهد كه روش حل حاضر براي تعيين تمركز تنش در چندلايه هاي متقارن داراي گشودگي هايي با اشكال مختلف قابل ارايه است.

In this paper, the complex variable method of Lekhnitskii has been applied for solving stress concentration problems in symmetric laminates with triangular hole. Lekhnitskii solution is limited to circular and elliptical holes in anisotropic plates. In order to use this approach to triangular hole, by means of conformal mapping, the area external to the hole can be represented by the area outside the unit circle. The effect of rotation angle of hole, stacking sequence, hole curvature and load angle on stress distribution around triangular hole are considered. The results based on analytical solution are compared with the results obtained using finite element methods. Good agreement is observed and provides confidence in the accuracy of the present results. The results presented in this paper, Indicated that the presented method can be used to determine accurately the stress concentration in symmetric laminates with special shape holes.
