Why and How of the Integration of Armed Forces’ Intelligence Organizations Against Enemies

نيروهاي مسلح در مقام دفاع از حاكميت ملي، استقلال، وحدت و تماميت ارضي، در مقابل بيگانگان قرار دارند و به عنوان مرجع تامين امنيت ملي در كشور در بعد بازدارندگي نظامي، سازنده و مقتدر و همچنين مقابله با تهاجم دشمن محسوب مي شوند. ازآنجاكه اهميت ماموريت هاي نيروهاي مسلح موردتوجه دشمنان است، در آن، سازمان هاي حفاظت اطلاعاتي از جايگاه ويژه اي برخوردار بوده و يكپارچه سازي آن ها در مقابل دشمنان ضروري است. هدف از اين مقاله، بيان چرايي و چگونگي يكپارچه سازي سازمان هاي حفاظت اطلاعات نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران در برابر دشمن است كه با روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي و با استفاده از روش جمع آوري كتابخانه اي و اسناد و مدارك، مصاحبه و نظر خبرگان، به شرح چرايي و چگونگي يكپارچه سازي ساحفاهاي نيروهاي مسلح و آسيب هاي مترتب بر آن مي پردازد. در بخش نتيجه گيري بيان مي نمايد كه يكپارچه سازي با ايجاد يك فرهنگ مشترك همكاري، درك اولويت ها و اختصاص منابع كليدي در تحقق آن، كاهش موازي كاري و صرفه جويي در هزينه هاي ملي، اشراف موفق اطلاعاتي، بازدارندگي اطلاعاتي امنيتي، ترويج احساس نشاط سازماني، تهديدات را اندك و فرصت ها را بيشتر مي كند و نهادهاي امنيتي را در برابر غافلگيري و بحران پذيري حفاظت كرده و امكان ضربه پذيري آنان را دفع مي كند.

Armed forces have the responsibility for defending the national sovereignty, independence, unity and territorial integrity, against foreigners. And they are the main references for maintaining national security in terms of military deterrence, productivity and powerfulness, and also against enemy invasion. Due to the importance and sensitivity of the armed forces’ missions in enemiesʹ eyes, place and structure of intelligence organizations in armed forces is of a great importance. Therefore integration of such organizations seems vital. The purpose of this article is to answer the question that; why and how is the integration of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iranʹs intelligence organization against the enemy? Using descriptive and analytical methodology and library techniques and documents, interviews and opinions of experts, this paper tries to shed light on why and how to integrate armed forces’ intelligence organizations and also damage associated with it. It was concluded that integration decreases threats and increases opportunities by creating a common culture of cooperation, understanding priorities and allocating key resources to them, decreasing parallel operations, reducing the national costs, successful peers intelligence, information–security deterrence, intelligence, promotes the feeling of organizational exhilaration and protect security agencies against shock and surprise attacks and crisis and reduces the possible threats.
